An hour wait for delivery and the food was cold. $25 service charge plus tip, what an absolute ripoff!I could have walked there and back in less time.
I’d love to give the Five Guys some high fives.Super tasty burgers and fries. In my opinion one of the tastiest chain restaurant burgers. Typically order the cheeseburger “all the way”—with a bunch of toppings (all of which are complimentary)—and a small fries. The fries orders correspond to different cup sizes, but they always overflow the cup size you ask for (see photos of greasy goodness below).The biggest drawback is the price—$14.95 for a cheeseburger and fries is steep for fast food.

You are certainly paying a lot for a burger at Five Guys, but the quality and freshness of the burger is unbeatable. They also have, in my opinion, the best fries out of any fast food burger chain!
This restaurant regularly screws up and/or cancel delivery order after acceptance, then neglect to pick up the phone to make it right. For example I have received several orders through their own app which had the proper ticket taped to the bag but the food was incorrect in the bag, they then leave the phone ringing for long periods with no answer. They also have canceled multiple orders with no reasoning and after acceptance of the order, waiting instead until the driver shows up to pickup the food. This makes the customer wait hungry for 45 minutes and then have to place a new order. They suck!
It's kinda ridiculous that a major chain burger restaurant still doesn't have a veggie burger option by now. The silly little veggie sandwich they offer instead is pathetic. It's enough to deter me from eating here, maybe I'll come back to buy an overpriced burger when they finally decide to listen to their customers and start selling veggie burgers.

Really good burgers and really REALLY good fries, but my god!!! How can a family spend that much for single burgers and a shared large fry!!????
Hamburgers may not be the healthiest meal, but I'll die very, very happy indeed. Salty fries, and a milk shake for the gods. It was so frickin good.
Very disappointed in my food n service!! won't be spend 50 something on burgers ? n shakes!!! so not worth it, my food was very sloppy looked like a 2 yrs old made it smh
