I love coming to this place I always find great combinations of food. The people here are awesome as well.
My girlfriend and I enjoyed Fire & Ice greatly! Good food, drinks, and great value! Highly recommend!
Delicious food fun experience friendly staff Often crowded though for obvious reasons
This was a fantastic experience. We brought our 4 year old and 9 month old and had a great dinner. It was a little tricky with the grill because it is 1 bowl a trip but I had 4 bowls while hubby watched the kids. The cooks were AWESOME! They helped me carry it to the table, asked what I wanted cut for the little one and just so helpful. Our server was top notch. We could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you!
I was surprised that a party of 4 could dine for $100 yet feel like a $200+ meal. That was amazing these days AND in the middle of Boston! Absolutely astonishing! Service was great as well.
This was our first time and we really enjoyed it. It was very loud though and hard to hear our server or cooks instructions. Also need to figure out how to avoid cross contamination. I saw many people place vegetables in their bowl touching the raw meat/shellfish in the bowl then placing tongs back in vegetables. That is a major health issue.
Lots of variety in delicious food choices. Wait staff helpful and friendly. Music just a little loud with combo of hearing the wonderful food preparation staff working. Overall great experience will be back
Food good and server attentive. Hostess had altercation with guest before us upon arriving so kind of started a bit shaky.
Our server was great, but one of the cooks was downright rude. I was waiting for my food with another customer to my left, the chef turned his food then turned to me and asked me about my sauce and pointed in the direction of our meals, I said yes and he put my sauce on my neighbor's food. When we told him about the mistake he got upset and told me that he asked me, I told him I was mistaken and that I did not understand him, he again said I pointed to it and he placed his spatula on the grill in front of the food, he did not do that, he just motioned. I again said I did not understand him, he again told me he pointed. I then looked him in the eye and said "and I misunderstood you!" My neighbor took the food anyway and one of the other chef's finished my food as the one I talked with left. The food was very tasty but I don't think I will be returning.
Too loud but worth the money, some sauces are quite spiced.
