I’ve been a regular customer for over 20 years. Delicious bagels BUT now they’re charging $4 for a single “naked” bagel.That’s obscene.Now I go to Better Bagels in Seaport.
Cheesesteak melt was absolutely astounding. Held together perfectly, incredible combination of ingredients. Highly recommend
Great bagels. Soft and fresh. The chicken salad was great and so was the breakfast sandwich.
Never order online! They lost my order, and even once I showed the receipt it took another 25 min to toast two bagels. I understand you can be busy but that’s extremely disappointing.
Some of the best bagels in Boston. Try to make it a priority to stop when Im in the city and want breakfast. Usually very fast despite so many people trying to get food. Great place!
I went to this place and the food is really good! Good quality and taste. However, I was annoyed at some of the workers. I got there at 2:20pm (they close at 3:00pm) and ordered a Reuben Pastrami and they were complaining in Spanish who orders that when they are about to close. Then they were mad that a lot of people came just a few minutes after me. I understand that maybe not everyone speaks Spanish, but there are many people in Boston who do and they should be careful what they say. Also, closing time is 3:00pm and a lot of people can come before that time. If not, change the closing time.

Walked in here for breakfast. Was not greeted at all. Employee was very rude and treated us as if we were annoying her by being there. They weren’t even busy. Bagel was okay. Had way too much cream cheese in my opinion. Def won’t be back. There are way too many bagel places in Boston to go to a place where you don’t receive good customer service.
Good place, good food, just wish they stayed open later and accepted cash.
Food was great and out to us very fast. The upstairs part hasn't been updated in a while and could probably use a renovation!
