It's one of our favorite places to dine in and love the ambiance.
Good vibe. Good service. Food is good but expected more fresh fish choices.
I guess they were understaffed? Didn't receive the wine until after we had finished our appetizers, ordered fish and chips to share with my daughter but the batter was raw on the inside, and then one item from our order was forgotten altogether. The waitress was apologetic, they redid the fish and chips and did not charge for it, and they brought us a free dessert, but for the price we really expected something special and this was not it either in terms of the quality of the food or the overall experience.
I have never written a bad review before, but I am writing this review reluctantly because I had a very sad experience at this restaurant with the worst service ever. We arrived on time for our reservation and were seated on the couches near the reception area. The restaurant was not crowded at all at the time, and there were more servers than customers, but we were left alone for over 15 minutes, and when the server finally arrived, he said "the waiter for this table is not available right now, I will take his place for a while." When we asked, "If the server at this table is not available, would you like us to move to another table?" and he said "no need for that" so we stayed, but we should have moved tables at this point. ", because he did not even come to take our order until we called him after that. Another server brought our oysters, who then threw them on the table and disappeared without saying a word or even looking at us. Finally, when we asked one of the many servers nearby to pick up the bill, we were asked, "Who is your server?" We would like to ask. Why did they place us at a table with no servers and leave us there? Why did no one come to take our order when both servers and managers were wandering around nearby and chatting with each other? We have never been treated this badly in a restaurant before and it was a very miserable and sad experience. We will never visit this restaurant again.
Our waitress was excellent. I believe her name was Cherry. She was very accommodating and gracious when we needed to accommodate an extra guest. The food was fresh and tasted good.

Absolutely loved our dinner - such a fabulous experience. Great food great service. Highly recommend the tuna tacos and lamb chops - mouth watering and delicious.

Lunch was good. Portion size good. Our server was excellent. Sent back the lobster roll. It tasted off. Was taken off bill. We ordered something else. Server also gave us free dessert.
