Incredibly disappointing- having eaten here in Charles St and in Figs Charlestown restaurant over the years we were looking forward to this. Unfortunately it was the worst dining experience I have had in years and sent the food back largely uneaten. Got charged the full bill plus tip without any apology or gesture from the restaurant. The service was slow. They were clearly understaffed. It felt like a bit of a rip off TBH. Pity we always had enjoyed Figs in the past.

Love the fig pizza

Food was great! But the service needs improvement. Our orders were taken, then no one came back to refill waters, they missed my wine order (but didn’t charge me).

This is the second time I have booked and they have been CLOSED. Why am I able to book something if the restaurant is closed.

Arrived on time and was told the pizza oven wasn’t working and they had a limited menu otherwise. We went next door, annoyed that we weren’t messaged ahead of time or called.

Don't know what to say. We showed up at restaurant at 7pm for reservation and found a padlock on the door and no one inside. Quietest restaurant I've ever been to............

We arrived and unfortunately

We had a wonderful tome thank you so much food was amazing

Prosecco was $40. Worth $10 at any corner store. Pizza is good but overpriced. Not a romantic atmosphere at all

Figs is not bad. That's the problem. It's also not really great anymore. Understanding this is a casual place, the pizza and pasta creations, while fine, seem stale. The bolognese is a real ragu (nice), but then mired by inexplicable white sauce all over? The eponymous fig and prosciutto pizza was innovate when Todd English opened this casual Beacon Hill outpost, but today is a boring and fairly dry pizza that is, again, just 'fine. It's a nice stop on the way to the Common, and service was really nice (though as everywhere these days, understaffed). A destination Figs is however not, and I wouldn't go back unless especially convenient, for a lunch snack.
