This was really an example of poor service/untrained staff ruining an evening. There were clearly issues with staffing (which I’m more than understanding of), however we had no idea who our waiter was (as 4 different waiters took orders/ brought our order to the table). And the waiters who did end up serving our table were inattentive, rude at times and just didn’t know what they were doing. Drink order was completely wrong, though they did offer to remake the drink and it was made incorrectly once again. Our entrees came out a good 20 min apart for each person in our group of four. I ended up getting out of my seat and asking a manager I found at the entrance to cancel our last entree, as I couldn’t find our waiter. The manager was very kind and did comp our drinks which was kind. However when bringing our check over, one of the servers who cared for us came by to reprimand us and inform us that “some of the dinners were made in different kitchens so there is an expected wait time between them”. This was not advertised anywhere, and doesn’t exactly make sense to have people waiting 20 min between party members getting their food. His rude comment definitely negated any apology offered by the manger. Would not recommend at all.

I guess the best way to describe this place is a Italian market, with restaurants inside! I went here specifically to eat although I did look around at the stuff they had to buy. The food was good, more on the Italian authentic side so don’t be expecting Americanized Italian food. The ingredients were fresh, pasta is made daily according to the restaurant. Portion size was pretty small in my opinion and my pasta was about $18. I also got a Italian soda which tasted like Coca Cola but less sweet.

A beautiful evening to eat Al fresco. Good and wine were great! We had a Pasta Bolognese, a Linguine Vongole with garlic and chili peppers and shared an appetizer on Saluki Misto.

The food sever rarely checked in, and the waitstaff was just staring at the tables from the service post and not actually assisting anywhere. They were understaffed a little I think but if that is the case they shouldn’t be over seating people. The pasta served was ice cold. For $25/dish cold it was definitely not worth it to eat at the patio again. The internal restaurants have always been good. If you cannot serve food timely and warm then only do antipasti and cold appetizers with drinks on the patio. Was not a pleasant or enjoyable experience in any form.

Our waitress was very nice but not attentive. She never asked us how our food was, didn’t bring us our food, never asked if we needed anything else and continually walked by us.

The food was cold and flavorless. With a price that high you would expect more. T

Jhon was a great server. The patio is lined with umbrellas they refuse to use, so all the tables were in full direct sunlight until after 2 p.m. We had oysters, the gran antipasti plate, the bruschette trio, burrata with apricots and balsamic, and a couple of cocktails. The tomato bruschette was a 2.5” slab of bread covered in under-seasoned halved cherry tomatoes and they were weirdly stingy with the salt and pepper, but it was a reasonably enjoyable meal overall.

We ate outside and our meals came 10 min apart. It was windy so the umbrellas weren’t being used and the sun was very bright at that time of day. The service was very nice and the weather is no one’s fault.

Beautiful night to eat outside.

They were out of a lot of menu options and bar is extremely limited
