Good but temperature of coffee could be increased. Dunks specs should hover around 200 degrees.

This was a decent enough experience. Some woman taking my order was very rude at first-- impatient and couldn't answer my most basic questions. But then she got the shift manager (native English speaker) who was much better, and helped me with order via the app on the phone, so overall pretty decent. It can be sort of hit or miss in Boston. The crabby Massholes are everywhere, but nice people can be found there too. The product at Dunkin was good, although a bit overpriced. Will go back.
