Rude and unpleasant. Don’t waste your money here.
After visiting the TD Garden in Boston we went to Dunkin Donuts. After waiting in line for a while with only two workers and line coming out of door when our turn came "kitchen closed". This DD was listed as being open 24x7. If they knew there was a major event steps away from their 24x7 store how could they only have scheduled two employees and have a minimal inventory for customers to choose from? If America runs on Dunkin they should be able to do better than that and not have false advertisements.
Ms. V******** was lazy and didn't want to make me a latte, so she just said we're out of lattes...as if I don't know that your espresso machine is filled with beans and you have milk. Night staff here isn't worth the money they're paid! I'll assume day staff is just as lousy, so just don't expect to be served what they sell if staff doesn't want to make it.
Only problem is they don't melt the sugar on a nice coffee and they give it to you with coffee all over the top of it all depends who you get but I love Duncan's wish you had pumpkin spice year round but it's usually not too crowded so this is why I go here friendly staff
Service was good. We got our food quickly and accurate
I ordered a chai latte and got a regular coffee with milk that tastes the same as 7/11 coffee for $1. By the time I found out it was all too late. I was too far from it to worth going back. I can't believe this "mistake" is not deliberate. I suspect my race played a role. The white waitress was very rude. Don't go unless you are white.

I want there this morning I got a Bagle with cream cheese and they made my Bagle Burnt and the Bagle is so hard like a rock. Unacceptable they should get Retrianed how to make people sandwiches & the employe looks like they don't even like this job. They are very slow. Unacceptable
