The TRAINING DEPARTMENT lady absolutely sucked!! Was very rude can't follow simple instructions on how to make a coffee and when I asked for someone else to make it she told me no. When I asked for a refund she made me wait while she waited on other ppl making me miss my train n causing me. To be over an hour late to work. She was absolutely the worst n will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN WHILE AHE IS THERE. She should not work with the public ever and should be behind a desk so.replace not speaking g to customers. I hope she finds a new job somewheren i don't ever go!!!
I have no respect for managers that pay money to get signs made asking people not to tip their employees.Unless they're making $20 an hour let me tip them because you're not paying them enough. :)

The clerk was rude, don't have patience for the crowd, he should be placed in the back, where he can move slow as he can.

Good quick hot bites, good coffee. The employees were slammed with orders and still got everything correct. My only gripe...there is no bathroom in store for customers.
