Placed a mobile order here in April 2022 - after I left I had apparently forgotten one of my bags with a donut and the store manager ran out of the store and around the corner to where my car was parked to hand it to me. Just an incredible level of customer service!

The donuts are decent and the coffee is good. Honestly I don’t see the big deal in this place. I’ve had better donuts from the grocery stores.
I just want to say that they have the best manager and employees in this location. I went twice to this location and both experiences were amazing. This morning it was the manager who took my order he knows exactly what he is doing . When I needed time to find my debit car he was so patient and nice with me he helped me out I really recommend going there
I am a professional at Dunkin'....born and raised in Boston. This location is consistent, staff is super friendly and attentive. Beats the one at Back Bay station ......
My order was 5 donuts & 4 were upside down inside the bag, so all the frosting was on the bag instead of the donuts. I managed to put some of the frosting back on the donuts. But I’m disappointed. I hope you don’t do this for the next customer. I was very surprised, usually whenever I order this doesn’t happen.And I came inside the store when it wasn’t busy.
