The staff are nice and the place is clean it's been renovated. However the coffee is not great it works off of the system that looks like beer dispensary in bars some of the Dunkin donuts have this instead of the old machines. However it seems like if they're not clean properly either give you allergic reactions or the coffee taste bad. The cold brew is good but the ice coffee tasted like sewer water. I would go to a different Dunkin' donuts.
This place has incredibly poor management. They are incapable of processing orders in a timely manner. They will have no one work the register, ignoring lines of customers, and go 10+ mins without taking a single order.
Employees were hostile with customers and each other, constant yelling, and an unorganized and unpleasant space. Multiple orders were incorrect and took extra long to correct. Very disappointed.
Miserably slow, they are just understaffed and prioritize online orders so just avoid waiting in line.
If you see 2/3 people that are in line before of you, go away, that will take you 25 minutes to have your coffeee. Lately is happening that they are the slowest Dunkin ever. The average is one coffee served every 10 minutes. Before it wasn’t like that…
Took forever for someone to take my order, cashier was very rude
Service was a bit slow moving and the inside is cramped. Good location, though, and the staff were nice folks.

Ordered online and they didn't make my order until I walked in 15 minutes later and asked them about it. I tried the popping boba because there was a promotion and was bloated and sick all afternoon afterwards. Stay away!
Nymisha is a really nice employee. She deserves to be promoted. She made my day better
