Worst DD ever. All the so called workers stand there and talk talk talk to each other, instead of doing what they are paid for. Pour coffee. While people wait like fools. I always place mobile orders and always have to stand and wait for one coffee. Needless to say but I m going to say it anyway. NEVER GIVING YOU PEOPLE MY MONEY AGAIN!!!!
This Dunkin is the WORST, I would give it 0 stars if possible. Everytime I go the door is close and they're just attending the drive-tru and if you already ordered online they won't even care. Also the employees have an awful attitude.I tried to get a refund from an order that I got completely wrong and they made it so hard and impossible, saying that they have to do this and that. It has been a month. Never going back to this place.
The manager with the orange dreads was very rude. The lobby was closed per usual. (Very unprofessional) the employee Fatima explained to her that me and three others had mobile orders, so she let us in because it was freezing out! ThEN the MANAGER KICKED US OUT AND TOLD US to wait for our orders outside! This place is constantly slow with mobile orders (why order ahead of the order still not ready 10 minutes to your arrival) the drive thru line is ridiculous! So either way going to this place is a BUST! The manager horrible, she has a nasty attitude! CEO needs to get this place in order. I won’t go back! THEY SHOULD MAKE FATIMA MANAGER BECAUSE SHE HANDLED US CUSTOMERS WITH CARE. Meanwhile her manager overrided her great customer service and kicked us out to the cold. And I left and still didn’t get my refund go figure… 3/30/22 received a call from the New York owner and he was pleasant and understanding. But for the record I don’t want see anyone lose they job just some managerial training customer service training. Thanks for the call.
The owners of this location does not care about his mattapan store..he never reply to any complaints/reviews...two store this week in the dorchester and mattapan location were closed to the public walk in due to shortage of workers..the mattapan location is the WORSE franchise is all of the boston locations...slow service/horrible customers service/incorrect orders/poor staff attitude//straws,sugar dispensers empty /loooong lines/long wait times... i can go on and on about this location....this place needs good management and more involvement from the owner..i have lived in mattapan for over 40 years and have been a customer since the were a small location at the wave gas station..they were much better back then..
3/12/22 waited 20mins for 3 breakfast sandwiches before I ask for my money back. It seemed like they were hesitant to reimburse so I told them to keep it, it was on a Dunkin’ card which I never plan to use again anyways.
Drive thru is super slow here! Appreciate order taker but everything else nope! First and last time for sure
Not crowded I was there a little after 7am....girls at the counter were friendly and fast
Coffee is good, they always do my order right, but the drive thru can move really slow sometimes
