The food was great as always. Delivery was quick. I happened to order 2 min before they closed (sorry I didn’t take a look at the clock!!!) they took my order anyway. Thank you so so so much!
The workers attitudes are ridiculous. Rather than explain to you why you can’t order in store they give you an attitude about it and tell you, “the rules have changed” they proceed to tell you that the reason is that there are only 3 workers and that’s why, worst customer service.
I don’t know what it is about the Domino’s on Saratoga, but I can never order something from them that doesn’t have an issue. Occasionally, we have received a completely wrong order. Trying to call to report the mistakes, and anyone who answers the phone is beyond rude. Every delivery had damaged boxes (top of the box or bottom of the box is always dented in). And I have never received a pizza from them that has been cut. I’ve worked for pizza places before, and cutting the pizza is not at all hard. Whomever cuts the pizza here, barely puts a dent in the topics of the pizza, but it NEVER cuts the pizza all the way through.

The street was very well managed, professional and sturdy despite there only being 2 CSRs, I'm impressed. I worked in Dorchester and we had tons more people and couldn't even get things together, shout out to the EB team
walked to pick up my food around 8 last night. The delivery driver was standing in the middle of the lobby BRUSHING HIS TEETH! (Assuming he was a driver because he came out of his car before me and was wearing dominos uniform) Funny because there are two signs on the door saying masks required. COVID or not this is unsanitary and disgusting.
I give this place 0 stars. I called to simply get a new dish, because there was hair in my food that I literally pulled it out of my mouth. The manager had continued to argue with me claiming she made the dish, and that her hair was blonde. Then when she asked me if the hair was blonde I said “kind of I don’t really wanna touch Or inspect it” she continued to say “just kidding my hair is black”. I can’t tell 100% if this is dirty blonde or black and again I don’t wanna touch it. All I wanted was for them to send me a dish that didn’t have hair in it.
