EDIT: Finally reached the store and the manager refunded my order no questions asked. My initial review was hangryStill waiting on my Pizza I ordered 2 hours ago. They're not picking up their phone either. Cant report a problem online because it still hasnt left for delivery. I get they might be busy, but this is a little ridiculous. 5 star though because I know that job doesn't pay enough.
Sorry it took me so long to post my review on this one, I normally liked to always give positive feedback but they didn't give me a good reason to do so. I stop here quickly because I had this craving for chicken wings, place was busy no clients but they had lots of pick up orders to make, if I'm not mistaken there was about 3 people working there , excluding the delivery guy of I waited for my wings she had but then in the oven, it was 8 pieces because that's the lowest they go.They have, crispy plain, habanero sweet, and buffalo, I had the plain one's she told me it would be 25 minutes, which I don't mind waiting as long as they come up right. We'll they did not come up right they were soggy, and appearance was not appealing and to top it off the team member was not friendly.I understand that she was busy hustling the orders but still you have to go with the flow and keep the smile and be courteous at all times. I worked in the restaurant business for 6 years in the past and so I do know what costumer service should look like.
I never thought I would ever write a review for a Domino’s but I felt compelled bc this location has so many terrible reviews. I ordered from this location last night and the order was perfect. Delivered under the time promised. This ordered included the greenest salad I’ve ever eaten from a Domino’s and the most delicious cheesy bread. Thank you.
I prefer this Dominos to the one on Adams St. (delivery issues) in Dorchester the delivery service is fast I prefer pan pizza anything deep dish Adams Street I have had burnt pizza, cold pizza, pizza where the Box must have fell on the floor in the car Roxbury Crossing Domino's I had an issue with a order they fixed it within 30 mins I would recommend this Domino's vs Adams St. this Dominos is located at MBTA Roxbury Crossing Orange line and opposite the #66 bus go right pass Domino's about 2 blocks away from Reggie Lewis Center, Roxbury Community College, 4 bus stops away from the John O'Bryant High School and 3 bus stops from Madison Park High School
I don't expect the best when ordering dominos, but I do expect it to be quick. this branch failed to do that. Honestly, stick to Uber eats when craving pizza and definitely don't use the app.
I’d give zero stars if I could. They never have enough delivery drivers (including pre-pandemic) and instead of turning off delivery or communicating with customers about significant delays. They take the delivery orders and let themsir in the store.
The people who answered the phone were extremely helpful and kind. I ordered six pizzas for a big group of small children and asked if they could cut the large pizzas in 16 pieces each. They were happy to do it and they did a beautiful job. Perfectly cut perfect size slices for preschoolers and toddlers. The kids loved it. And it was delivered at the time I requested.
I never had an issue with this location until last night. I placed an online order at 9:40pm and didn’t get my order until 12:30am and they forgot my marina sauce which I paid an extra $.75. I didn’t want to be petty but there is no excuse why I had to wait that long idc how many orders you had before mine. In addition, I had to call to figure out why my order was late. At least call the customer right away to tell them it will be running late to see if they want to proceed with the order. Sheesh !!! What a service.
Worse domino's experience of my life... The in thing they are consistent with is inconsistency... It's an 1hr 45min wait to get your food at the very least! One time I even ordered with them, waited a full hour and order from a new place, and I actually got the 2nd place food and ate half of it before my dominos guy called to tell me he's 2 minutes away ? that was a 2hr and 5 min wait I live like 12minutes from the place please don't order from here
It took 2 hours to get the pizza and it didn't even had the topping i ordered, or maybe too little that's why I couldn't tell they were in there or not. There wasn't bbq souce, diced tomato, bacon. It arrived cold and I don't even know if this still worth eating or not
