Try itI order lemon ice creamIt’s refreshing with crowd of customers inside and outside
best gelato i’ve ever had. i chose grapefruit based on other reviews and it was a good choice- so delicious. unfortunately a bit pricey, $6 for about one scoop, but definitely worth it
Gelato was terrible. Bland and almost watery. There were 4 of us, all had different flavors and none of us finished them completely. I gave two stars because the staff is friendly. Save your money or head to one of the many bakeries in the area.
The cannolis are the bomb, the gelato is amazing, and the Expresso's are a balanced pull, my shot had the right amount of bitterness, acidity, and sweetness . My family I really enjoyed this spot!
Thoroughly enjoyed stopping in and enjoying a gelato while watching the football game they had on. The tables set up within the establishment lend themselves to have a good time and chat with friends or loved ones. As a big football fan, I thought the football jerseys set up in the place gave it a nice touch. Great place overall. It is worth mentioning that they only take cash.
I went to this place where I used to go and I am very disappointed because the young woman at the counter ignored me and decided to attend to the people who arrived last than me, in the place next door the attention is better. I would never go back to this place because they are so RACIST.
While walking back toward downtown Boston from the Old North Church, we stopped at Dolce for lunch. My husband and I split a panino and our son enjoyed a large slice of cheese pizza. Glad we saved room for dessert! Several delicious flavors of gelato and cannoli that was the best I have had this side of Italy. Make your way to this gem!!
Many great flavors of gelato or build your own canolli. I tried a scoop of mixed berry and a scoop of hazelnut gelato, delicious! My partner got a canolli with tiramasu filling and almonds. Really good! Cute little shop for a treat!
Perfect spot right on Hanover and no line. They offer a walk up counter for thetastiest gelato and a small dine in veryretro homey type sitting area for thecannoli and coffee/expresso/liquer ifdesired.Cannoli was dipped in chocolate and theywere not shy with stuffing them with thechoc chip ricotta filling my son and Ishared that and he ordered some lemongelato which he loved!Prices are perfect here and expresso isdelicious!!It's one of my favorites in the north end!!
Great spot for gelato and Italian coffee! Open pretty late into the night, so it's the perfect place to stop after dinner. Their mixed berry and hazelnut gelatos are especially delicious! Come visit Dolce if you're ever in the North End!
