I order a steak and cheese sub and I get there for them to ask me if I called the correct place. After reassuring them that I did call of course they didn't even make my food. I am on my 30 min break . I denied the food and ordered else where. Clearly customer service is a issue here. The delivery guy is amazing tho! The lady answering the phone is terrible!
I asked if their Scallops were Sea Scallops or bay Scallops and they were describing the size of the basket dimensions. I should've known right then that they knew that they were tasteless bay Scallops. Not to mention that the tarter sauce is awful tasting.I will never order from this place ever again.Plus they put too much batter on the Bay Scallops to make them look bigger, but they're very small and flavorless.
First let me start by saying when I moved to this part of DOR 12 years ago, this was my restaurant! The chicken was well done so I continued to order. As time went along and I started ordering different things on the menu, I quickly started realizing this was probably not going to be where I continue to order.I have had too many situations where the food was not done correctly and I went in the to pick up vs order delivery and I was not impressed with how they prep the orders. It was extremely busy so I tried giving them the befit of the doubt but still didn't go for awhile after that.Fast forward to 04/11/22-I just ordered a large steak and cheese and this was the worst sub I have EVER had. The lettuce was welted, I think there 4 circle pickles, very few tomatoes and there was way more bun than meat. The sub looked old and tasted horrible. The sub arrived cold and not properly wrapped. They are 3 minutes from my house and arrived within 25 min of my order.Let me save anyone else some time, DON'T WASTE your money here!!
Ordered Thai Chili chicken fingers, SO DELICIOUS!!! And the white rice that came with it, perfection! The fries were good too, but that white rice tho ?, yes I'm excited about white rice ? not everyone can make it like that.
Now I see why people ask for a sauce on their chicken tenders from here. The default of Honey mustard provided is pretty nasty, and the sweet and sour is basic but better. The chicken has a decent crisp, a little thicker up close than I’d like. But it lacks flavor. It was like extremely plain. If they were great, a sauce wouldn’t be needed. But these need a good sauce, and the store bought ones they give aren’t IT. Maybe a BBQ would have been better from them. The fries are on the softer side and not that great either. I’d order it again, but get a sauce instead of plain ones. They’re a well known place, I’d still order from them, just something different.
This is probably the most disappointing sub I have EVER purchased. It is supposed to be a “turkey club.”The second is an Italian- I did not ask for “light lettuce” on either. Very appalled that this was 25 dollars….
This place has arguably the best chicken tenders and wings around. Their super tenders have been the best tasting tenders I've had in boston dating back since 2013... not tooany places make it like dimitrios
I called on 11/19/21 at 9:46am to place an order for 10 large pizzas for a babyshower for the afternoon, once I gave the address (Health center) the guy who answered the phone said the owner said "don't deliver there because people dont pick up their foods", as I was about to explain to him that I'll make sure someone will be there to pick up the food, he hung up on me mid sentence. I've placed large orders there multiple times before and I've always met the delivery driver on time. This is a business in the community serving diverse groups of people, but yet has no customer service.
Granted it was Halloween & busy with a lot of phone calls. But customer service should be very important. Good customer service. The lady the took my order was very rude & rushing to the point she hang up on me without confirming my order of if I was done ordering. Then the same lady, once I arrived, rude to three young guys that barley spoke English. She needs customer training or she will cause them to lose customers. Everyday customers like myself who will no longer go there.Thankyou all for reading my last experience with Dimitroi's house of Pizza & rude cashier.
For three weeks in a row my order was horrible. Two weeks in a row I got sm Hawaiian pizza 1st week only pineapple on pizza the next one cheese and toppings were all on one side and this weekgot cheeseburger sub and asked for lettuce tomatoe pickles mustard and ketchup got sub covered in mustard it was so overwhelming ruined sandwich
