I have been going to the place for about 8 years now. Today was the end for me!! I was called a bit ch today because I went back to ask why I was charged more than what I got!

I bought snow crab for the first time for my surf and turf from cram seafood, a coworker told me about them, then I bought a box from BJ'S and was shocked at the total difference between the two. I almost cried when I was the beat up crab legs in BJ'S box I guess this is why they don't let you see the product before you buy it. Now it's Saturday evening and cram seafood is closed and my cookout is Sunday I can only hope that they are opening up the the public this weekend.

Had a bad experience on 7/9/21. Guy working there was DRUNK or HIGH and no one seemed to care of his condition. Unacceptable! If this were Newton or Newbury street would this have happened??
I only seen one person wearing a mask two out of 3 no mask but gloves one person without gloves besides that the guy who took me with no mask was friendly full of smiles great teamwork and professional
