Great place to go for a treat, located outside of the Prudential Center and is convenient with a variety of different treats something for everyone.
Staff is friendly but this shop really needs a makeover, tired deco and insufficient lighting makes it look unwelcoming.
Ice cream flavors were mehhh...useless, rude staffs. unless you enjoy getting yelled at with overpriced one scoop of ice cream, then this is not the place to get ice cream..

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL staff!!! They were very very rude and disrespectful towards my friend and I. They laughed at us in their language and made fun of our accent. I don’t think I will ever come back!!And I saw so many ppl complaining about the staff but I don’t think the company will replace them ever, so I won’t come again.
Extremely rude staff!!!I went to this store at about 6 pm on 7/20/21 (Tuesday), was served by a staff (a Hispanic girl with curly hair). She charged me more than my order. And when I pointed out her mistake, instead of an apology, she screamed and yelled at me. So, I asked her to let me talk to her supervisor. She said "I am supervisor."So, I asked her name. She did not answer to my question, but was pointing her fingers at my face, kept screaming as if I owed her something. It was beyond what I could describe in words. I was speechless by her extremely rude behavior which no normal sales person would treat to their customer, or no normal regular human being would treat one another in any situation without reason.Being frustrated by her embarrassing behavior in front of other customers and sales persons, I asked her to have my order cancelled. The funny thing was that she did not even know how to cancel my order on her screen. It took her and one other person for about 20 min to get my card refunded.Please avoid this store by any means!!!!

Delicious! Ordered the Oreo Overload and it was really fresh. The staff were able to accommodate my food allergies and made my ice cream in a safe container to eliminate cross contamination.
Ordered via their website, which uses Doordash. The Doordash app said the order was delivered 45 minutes later which it wasn’t (and the dasher was tipped). Called Coldstone, who said the order was still there. Coldstone said they couldn’t do anything, it was on Doordash. Doordash couldn’t refund the order because Coldstone debited the bank, not DD, yet the people at Coldstone wouldn’t refund us. 2 hours into it I picked the order up myself
