It’s a good place for a quick bite, probably best for takeaway. Came in after lunch and it was pretty slow - a staff person caught me right on walking in and showed me the menu. Good service. The hummus and falafel was really good. The falafel are small and crispy, not at all mushy like a more traditional falafel. The only disappointment was the carrot lemonade - neither lemony or carroty, just watery.
To be honest w/ you, I was quite a bit frustrated about me having to make several trips back to the milk & sugar citing both above items going down to the bottom too quickly as if I was back @ Panera Bread ALL over again (i.e. Mid-JUL '18 @ Newton CTR location where Tatte's now located).Beth Budner, Auburndale!
This place is so great. I stood outside for the1st time and pondered what is this place? Went in. Sensation of Warm heat, pleasant music overhead. Gracious servers to explain and take my order.
Really terrible at distinguishing between vegan vs not vegan. This seems to be a company-wide issue across all clover restaurants as evidenced by word of mouth and local vegan group discussions. Clover seems to think it’s not that big of an issue, but when you get two different answers from two different employees, and then answers differ from location to location, something’s gotta change.
My breakfast was so disappointing! I order the oatmeal (almost $6) with apple and cashew butter and I’d like to know who thought it a great idea to throw large whole almonds on top of this dish. There was no cinnamon, raisins, or cranberries provided to salvage this mess. Here is a novel idea, offer plain oatmeal and provided the fixings.I also ordered a “Maine blueberry muffin” for $4. Yikes, you better LOVE orange flavoring (I don’t) because that’s all you taste. I dug through the uneaten muffin and found three blueberries. Nothing in the description warned you of this overwhelming orange tasting muffin. In the 30 minutes I was in the restaurant only two other patrons came in and during that time not one person (6 employees) asked me if I needed anything or whether I enjoyed my meal. Possible, they already knew what customers thought? The coffee was just okay.
This Clover location was seriously lacking on breakfast. Both my sandwiches came out cold which is odd because I got the notification that it was ready and I was waiting outside. The egg in the breakfast sandwich was overcooked aswell. Overall very disappointing because I've always had great experiences at other locations.
Fantastic food made quicklyThe clover blog was also a fun read and really added color to the experience
Was picking up an order for Uber once and while I was waiting on an order, the cook kindly asked if I’d like a sandwich. This sandwich (chickpea fritter) was made in error so it would’ve been garbage. I haven’t eaten at all that day and it was probably one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. So bright, filling, flavorful and healthy to top it off. Nice place, nice staff at this location I will definitely be back.
It's ok. I was excited about the food but half of my sandwich ended up very dry and i was tasting just kale and bread in my mushroom sandwich. All the good staff was just at the very bottom, the last three bites of the sandwich. Ok to try. Food is ok but it didnt wow me. The lemonade was delicious
They do not care about any dietary restrictions.I placed an order via Uber eats with a note asking make one item vegan if possible or substitute it with a cheaper item if not possible. They did not
