This is definitely one of the top vegetarian restaurants I’ve been to and I honestly like everything about it.The staff are super friendly and helpful. The person who helped me order was full of energy and enthusiasm and was a great spokesperson for the restaurant. The food is top-notch and really takes like meat. I got the Mayor Menino Soy BLT and it tasted exactly like a BLT (I used to eat meat).Everything is made quickly and they even list prep times for different categories. Additionally, they cut down on excess packaging by just wrapping the sandwich and not including an unnecessary bag.I strongly recommend Clover Food Lab!
Very disappointing. Vegan options are not labeled. Food has more of an emphasis on being fast than well made. It has the feel and ambiance of a quick burger joint.
Food was delicious and the ginger soda was great. Impossible meatball sandwich was insanely good.
Great experience and I will come back the next time I'm in Boston. I was recommended to try the BBQ Seitan and Apple Soda and they were both delicious. I wasn't a fan of the fries though, they tasted under seasoned and they weren't crispy. They do not provide cups for water so bring a refillable water bottle.
I'm not a vegetarian and was worried I wouldn't find something I liked but their chickpea fritter is a revelation. Their take on a falafel sandwich is crunchy and has lots of layers of flavor. I tried a ginger lemonade - freshly squeezed and refreshing. We also ordered the tomato soup and it was clearly homemade and full of umami. Looks like it can get very busy so we were lucky we went during off hours.
Food was fantastic! I had the Bridgewater (jalapeno sandwich thingy). It combined with the rosemary fries was the perfect combo.
Their bowls were absolutely outstanding. I had a pesto bowl and my wife had a Tuscan bowl. Both had soft boiled eggs in them. And they were delicious. So we went back the next day however the bowls were not available so we had their classic breakfast sandwich. Simple but excellent as well. We were staying at the Omni Parker and looking for a place for breakfast. The hotel had provided us with a list of walking distance restaurants and this place was NOT on the list! But our daughter who lives in Boston suggested this place. 2 min walk from the hotel. Don’t miss it!!
Eggplant fritter was good but the meatball fritter (tried for first time) and did not enjoy it. Fries was good..always a standard apart clover.
Delicious sandwiches and platters, we had the Japanese sweet potato. Really unique restaurant overall.
Quick service. Good food. We just wandered in looking for food and we were helped right away.
