We enjoyed our dinner on the patio. The service was great, as was the food.
Service was slow. We had to ask for salt and butter at least twice. Nobody offered Parmesan, so we had to ask for that as well. The whiskey sour was spectacular as was the lemonade. The entrees weâre amazing and the Tiramisu was one of the best Iâve had!
The service was poor. It was difficult to get the attention of our servers. One entree was wrong, although correct order provided relatively quickly. Other food was cold (Sunday Ragu) and overall food is mid-quality. Bread was dry, no oil provided for dipping until we asked a couple times.
Dining outside in North Square at Ciao Roma was like being Italy. It was a Grand experience
We ordered and received our food nearly 75 mins later without really anyone checking or updating delays. They Apologized for the delay and made no gesture to rectify the lack of attentiveness or lengthy experience. Would not recommend.
Food and service was good, ambiance a little weird. Overall good experience and would come back
Food was not good and the service was so bad it was borderline comical.
Great all around cant wait to go back
What a great cute little place to have lunch or even a date night.
We were pleasantly surprised by the value and quality of our meals. We ordered off of the brunch menu and everything was nicely presented and delicious.
