One of the worst Chipotle locations I’ve ever encountered. Routinely late on app orders, wrong orders , missed items that are paid for. Chipotle should really look at different management and employee changes at this location.

Would not recommend this location unless you like waiting 45 minutes for an online order and barbacoa meat juice all over your white sneakers since the staff can’t package the food correctly. So disappointing and should bill the franchise owner for my Nikes quite honestly.

Yea. Almost done with my burrito and I bit into something hard. It was a plastic lid that somehow got wrapped in my burrito. This is totally unacceptable especially during a pandemic where we would like to think our food is being handled properly. Unreal.

IF YOU ARE A FOOD DELIVERY SERVICE LIKE DOORDASH, UBER EATS, DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS FROM HERE. Crowd of people waiting, only TWO PEOPLE making orders for the entire STORE AND DONT FORGET THE LINE OF PEOPLE BUYING FOOD. The place is PACKED. BUT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE RESTROOM UNTIL AFTER YOU HAVE A RECEIPT. Meaning the line could be 35 minutes long but you’re not allowed to use the restroom- until AFTER you purchase. So I pee my pants because you’re understaffed? And there’s a crowd of 30 people waiting for online orders I can’t push past? LITERAL TORTURE. Horrible service. Horrible portions. Horrible experience. I suggest Chipotle headquarters begin to take inventory of the deteriorating state of their locations or just close then down. Save your money. Go elsewhere. Plenty other places to choose from. Don’t keep this company afloat. They don’t care about customers. Understaffed? Stop accepting so many online orders. Find a strategy. Horrible system. Nasty place. Those few 4-5 star reviews must be golden nuggets but trust the majority.

Clean and asthetically pleasing Chipotle. The line is never too long and ingredients are well prepared and fresh.

They had all the ingredients, everything looked well prepared, my bowl was great, and they got through the lunch rush quickly

Sadly this customer service was awful. I walked in, they demanded that I wear a mask. I said I’m not from around here I’m working and didn’t have a mask. I politely asked them to give me one and I’d be happy to wear one. They refused to serve me and refused to give me a mask even when I said that I would wear one I just didn’t have one. Just don’t bother. Go to a different location.
