Worst Chipotle I have ever been too. The waiters were rude and unpolite, not helpful at all, and even charged me TWICE on purpose. After I made a salad order to eat in, I asked for cutlery as there was none to grab, and one employee said “we only have spoons” . I replied I needed a fork to eat the salad and she said “we don’t have” and turned her back on me. I went to the register to ask for cutlery again, they told me they didn’t have, and when I asked how I was supposed to eat a salad at a restaurant without cutlery the employee at the register said I should have thought of that before ordering. I asked for a refund as I would have to go eat somewhere else, they swiped my card for the refund and gave me the credit note. When I got home I checked my account and not only the refund was “pending”, after that there is a double-charge on the order. Next time you go to that restaurant, don’t forget to take your own cutlery.

I witnessed a young man bring in a homeless person for a meal at this Chipotle location. The staff here seemed to understand the situation and fed the homeless person for free. Kudos to the staff here for having the kindness and generosity to help someone in need. Moments like this not only remind me how lucky I am, but how thoughtful and generous people can be.

There is a clear issue here with hygiene. Plastic was found twice, was served old sour cream a bunch of times. However this happens at night, afternoon is usually better hence 2 starts instead of one.

Stopped here for lunch today. Needed to use the restroom, but they are locked and require a code from your receipt. Unfortunately this means you have to get your food and then leave it unattended while you use the restroom.... To make matters worse the code didn't work. Multiple customers were unable to open the bathroom door with the code until an employee finally came and unlocked the doors. The men's room doesn't even have a working sink. I initially assumed this must have just happened, but I see a picture on here from 11 months ago that looks the same... Won't return to this location.

The worst chipotle in Boston. Beyond inconsistent portions of very stale food. Rice is constantly hard and chicken is constantly cold. Inside is dirty and gross. I have given up on this location and won’t be back.

bro the workers here are so terrible , the place wasn’t as full. i asked for my order the worker said “2:30” then the time came around n she didn’t make it until 10 mins later THEN she didn’t even give me the order even tho she knew i was at the front waiting. also lied about the machine not working but gave everyone else cups to enjoy a nice beverage with their meal.

I decided to order some chipotle before my flight back to Toronto. After hours of consuming my bowl I had major food poisoning. I was vomiting and had bad diarrhea until the next morning. They had to close the washrooms in the plane and could not use the plane for the next flight. This is not the first time Chipotle in Boston had an outbreak of food poisoning. I am extremely disappointed and will never be eating at Chipotle again.

Big portioks but not the best burrito. It was cold but it is a very cheap place.

I love Chipotle but this is the worst location. I order here regularly out of convenience and my own low standards but it is consistently bad. Incorrect orders and obviously old produce. Every single time lol.
