Food is always fresh and my order is always accurate. The ranch is also amazing there. 10/10
It's chick fil a. In Boston. Amazing.The line can get a little long. The first week they were open - SUPER SLOW. As I have continued to go back, they get faster each time, but they are still not to the level of most other Chick Fil A's I've been to. They do have space to eat outside and upstairs which is nice!
Good restaurant. It is owned by Southern Baptist Convention (Baptist church organization). It does not run Sundays because of sabbath day. All go to church to worship God. Interesting. I read history and owner's story. Foods are very good taste. Yes, I'd recommend this to anyone. I'd go there again.
The food was good, the salad it's a nice option but the service wasn't that great, not even a smile by mistake
Top-notch fast food. Food is cheap and tasty. Employees will come take your order while you’re waiting in line, which really expedites things. Overall, folks working there are very kind.Restaurant itself is clean and comfortable. They have real flowers/plants at the tables—a little detail that seems excessive but is actually a nice touch. They blast that corny music from pharmaceutical/Toyota commercials so you’re just riding a high when you tear into your sandwich. There’s also no contact garbage disposal! Wild!
This place seems always busy but they have very good staff that keeps the line moving along. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I got my order.The chicken sandwich I got was great.I definitely plan on returning.
Great staff there. Staff help make the queuing experience as efficient as possible. Food worth every buck. Their fruit punch is a personal favourite.
Very happy that Boston finally has a Chick-fil-A. I think it’s a hallmark of any great city to have a Chick-fil-A. The location is good, prime real estate on Boylston Street. However it’s a bit small, and there’s not a lot of seating. If you’re going to get anything from this location I highly recommend doing at pick up or through delivery services. Went in earlier today to get a Spicy chicken sandwich, salad, and nuggets and had to wait about 10-15 minutes in line. Only got the chicken sandwich and nuggets, which is fine since I wasn’t charged for the salad, but I would’ve like for them to take complete order. I can see that the management staff are working very hard, so I have high hopes that the service will gradually improve As the logistical inefficiencies get solved.
Been wanting to try chick fil a for a long time.The restaurant was busy but order taking was well organized which made the ordering very quick. Besides that everything was clean and there was ample in-dinning seating.The regular crispy chicken sandwich had soggy chicken. The flavour on one of these sandwiches (wife's) suggested the chicken was slightly undercooked.The spicy crispy chicken sandwich was very good.Waffle fries didn't feel very fresh, lacking crisp which made them underwhelming.The cookies and cream shake was superb!The restaurant had some awesome mints for us to freshen our palate on the way out. Nice touch!
Order came out quickly but…there was a long dark hair in it that just kept coming out of my sandwich. I’m just glad I found it in food, not in my mouth.
