I searched for boba tea shops in Boston Chinatown and found this shop that seemed to have a nice seating area. The location turned out to be a bit outside of Chinatown, but not too far. I ordered their Jasmine milk tea with pearls and it tasted very good, compared to many other boba drinks around Boston. Their boba pearls are light colored, unlike the darker ones that you usually get from other boba places. At first I thought they were crystal pearls, which are usually not chewy. But the texture of these was just like the black boba except it had a much lighter color. I will definitely come back and try their other drinks.

I've been here many, many times, especially with friends to split the bill and chat. Wait time is acceptable because they let you sit in for a long as you want. ?> Never too busy, so I also sometimes work here because of the comfortable ambience.[w/o tax incl.]When I'm alone, I usually get a drink or snack. Favorites are the Chinese sausage (~$3) and the Egg waffle (~$4.5).Fried chicken is best spicy, it's not overwhelming and adds a wonderful kick. Not overly oily either, and when fresh it's juicy and very hot. (chicken burgers and popcorn chicken are great ?) These orders are best for multiple people, so great with company!I have had no issues with communication, and there are letter & number indications for the menu items. The workers are polite and understanding, and they bring food to you if you sit in. ☺️Reminder to stay safe and healthy, and to clean up after yourself!

The food tastes good and the price is reasonable. The only issue is the wait time. We went there often, estimated wait time is always 20+ minutes even there’s no line. The longest wait time we could recall is 50-60 mins for just the popcorn chicken and two drinks.

Thanks Cha Kung Fong for your good food and good customer service. I ordered via UberEATs and it wasn't ready when I got there. However you folks remedied it with a free milk tea. I greatly appreciate that and will continue to support you and recommend you to others.

5 ⭐️ service and food quality. Very convenient, K1 spicy fried chicken sandwich is best thing on their menu. Sitting area is very clean. Peach tea smoothie is the bomb ?

It was one of my favorite bubble tea and food snack place in Boston. However, the pricing just simply continually rising and the takoyaki went from 6 units in a medium size box to a 5 units in a small container. Everything is becoming pricey. Nonetheless, the food still taste good and drinks are fine.

REAL CHICKEN HAMBURGER ?? with $6HUGE Fried Squid ?Everything is GOOD for a dateNice inside ???

Tasty Thai iced tea with bubble, and delicious fried gyoza! Fair prices. The cafe is cute, spacious, and clean. Will definitely be back!

Super mixed fruit tea is good and chicken are freshly made in air fryer... no too oily, crispy and juicy.

One of my favorite deals in Chinatown! There is always a BOGO (buy one get one free) boba tea drink everyday! It is a must try of their mixed fruit tea. The drink sizes are perfect to hydrate anyone and it’s definitely generous in size! I love the spicy fried chicken sandwich here because it’s dark meat! Dark meat is so yummy! It’s a fun chill spot to support this local business! There is wifi available, too!
