The staff at CAVA Fenway is incredibly friendly and attentive. The location is kept clean and well-stocked, and the food always tastes great and fresh. I want to give a shout-out to one of the managers, Alex, for making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. He’s so kind and I could see he cares about both his employees and his customers. He checked in with me to make sure I was enjoying everything, and I was impressed by how open-minded he was in case I had constructive feedback. Love the food and service here. Its healthy and delicious which is such a hard combination to get right. The staff is also lovely. Alex is the best. His enthusiasm is a lovely boost to a day and makes it a pleasure to visit this branch of Cava.
I got two orders completely and totally messed up. I ordered 2 plates both with meatballs and one of them extra meatballs. Its supposed to be a total of 12 meatballs in total with both plates. We only got a total of 7 meatballs. Not only that, but the dressings were not correct, the ingredients in both bowls were totally messed up. Its like they did 2 random bowls without the ingredients we ordered. Its disrespectful as to be honest its not hard to put 2 bowls with the correct ingredients as its stated in the online order. I can also understand if they are rush, I also worked in a food place, but the place couldn't be emptier when I arrived the night 6/9 at 8:45pm.Terrible service with no excuse at all. Won't be ordering again to any CAVA as this is an ongoing problem with this franchise.
This is one of my favorite places to eat in Fenway! I love their greens and grains bowls. Service is also great! I was there earlier and they were busy, so we had to a wait a little bit, but the worker, named James, was so nice about it and made up for the fact that we had to wait! I will be coming back!!

A step up from the original idea better flavor and quality similar to Sweetgreen. More natural and more organic. It's what draws customers back again. Any potential idea can change everything even roasted vegetables such as brussel sprouts broccoli etc. we do have Maria and Ricardo wraps brand and other natural and organic bread companies in Massachusetts.
It was great. The quality of food stuff is fresh and good. So however you choose your bowl, it's tasty. Drink was also satisfying. I liked cucumber lime mint. It's good to try. And service was nice too. So I will try again. : )
Great food, great people. Healthy affordable and reliable. These guys are awesome, I go there literally every day, bangers only, love it and highly recommend. Shoutout to Joe and Yaritza, y’all are great
Food is fire! Staff is friendly and so kind. Great place for students in the area to get a quick bite. Awesome ambience too; very conducive towards both socialization and studying.
