Wish we'd read the reviews. Rude service. Tasteless under cooked sandwich. Waste of money.

the worst bosses in history and apart from that they are thieves they stole money from each check too expensive products and they don't even pay the minimum salary they pay even less and the colleagues are selfish and they treat clients badly ..! in conclusion the worst thing that can exist ..!
A hostile serving of a sandwich, finished with a sauce of rudeness and attitude. Do better for yourself and go elsewhere in an airport with plenty of options.
Hostile, rude, unhelpful employees. I'm embarrassed for my city of Boston for the visitors coming through the airport who might think this reflects our ethos.
I can see why it is rated 1 star. Service is horrible. Sandwiches closed at 8:30. They let me stand there for a few min before they mumbled closed. All 5 of them looked miserable. How do they make any money?
Horrible customer service. The woman on the checking register was rude and inconsiderate. I ended up not ordering there looking at their attitude! Went to the starbucks across it instead.
Absolutely awful. Overpriced, dry, and flavorless. The woman who served us was half asleep, then left after making one sandwich so we just grabbed a second boxed one. We were ignored by the second employee. Only the woman working the till was friendly.
The reviews are all accurate. The food is bad. The staff is worse. They are horrible. Of the 3, one was asleep and the two others are nasty people. Worst customer service ever. Went on 7-5-19 at 12:45pm. Do not eat here. Avoid this place on the hopes is closes and something useful opens up in its place. The employees are so bad they should not only be fired, but also the person bad enough to hire them. Seriously.
I ordered a chipotle chicken avocado sandwich, it was pretty decent but definitely not worth 11 dollars! The prices are absolutely ridiculous, I got a sandwich and a bottle of water for 15 dollars. The customer service wasn’t great, the employees barley spoke to me and when I asked question they would just point to things. Just go get a croissant sandwich or something from dunkin donuts it’s much cheaper and is the same quality.
