Great coffee! However, in my estimation, an establishment’s true quality can be determined by the cleanliness of its restroom. He who is faithful in what is least is faithful in much. Granted, you may argue, ‘but we had not time for it!’ Understandable, but not excusable. Thank you for the beverage but you need to work on your core values Mr. Nero. By the way, my understanding of the issue, not being an expert business person, is that your employees are overworked and stressed. I will not give names or a description of these highly favored workers because they are not to be blamed for not having the resources to clean the restroom. You are dear manager. Take responsibility or choose a different course in life. A suggestion from a random guy passing through town. If I didn’t care I would remain silent.

Passed Caffe Nero hundreds of times the past several years and finally walked in and bought a drink in May 2022. Had a ticket to a theatre show across the street and saw a poster for a lemon creme smoothie. The caffe was out of the ingredients for the lemon drink, so the barista made a strawberry smoothie for me. It was okay. The interior and seating were very comfortable and attractive.

Neat little coffee shop in the middle of Boston. Ordered double shot of espresso with hot water and a 12oz Americano. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 is that the water was scalding hot. But in the end it didn't turn the coffee bitter.

Amazing coffee and good breakfast with sandwiches, croissants and oat meal !

Very cute and hopping spot for coffee. They have many many drink selection varieties and pastries/foods to go along with. The atmosphere is very cosy and book-nook. It was very busy however. Not a single seat in the house and had to take my drink elsewhere to enjoy.

A cute authentic European cafe. Delicious muffins and delicious caramel latte with quick service.

The matcha latte is one of the best I've ever had!!

Beautiful place, good Italian coffee at a decent price BUT1. Rude staff absolutely ignoring us with an Airpod in the ear and typing on her phone, absolutely unprofessional (we could see some sanitary issue, dropped things on the floor and not cleaning it after reusing).2. Very slow (my espresso was cold).3. Presence of weird people don't know if they were under drugs or alcohol (feeling insecure).4. Staff is giving "To Go" paper cup to everybody in order to skip the dishes.5. Tables and floor are not cleaned between the people.

Place is pretty, and it used to be ran well. However, the staff doesn’t care anymore about quality or cleanliness. You can see cockroaches roaming freely on the counters and next to the coffee machines. Overall the place is dirty, and it could be wonderful under a talented team of baristas and management.

What’s better than a caramel cappuccino and a slice of almond cream cake that melts in your mouth for a little work break? ?
