Great bagel sandwiches. Served very hot! 100% improvement over Dunkin donuts or other fast food breakfast choices, but served very quickly.
great food quality anf freshness also amazing customer service super polite and everything was my 1st time in Boston but when I'll return I'll sure gonna return eat there
A bit disorganized, decent bagels and coffee
We have just arrived back after 7 days in Boston. Full breakfasts are not for us and we decided to try Bruegger's . we were so glad we did. It was just a few hundred yards down the street from our hotel. Breakfast bagels were brilliant lots of choice at a reasonable price served by the friendliest people ever. So helpful and we were entertained by Tina who had the most wonderful voice whilst we waited. Hats off to all of you at Brueggers you are all amazing. Would we recommend it too right we would excellent food at a good price and the choice of coffee was outstanding. We also bought a muffin every afternoon fabulous don't miss out try one . Thanks Brueggers for making us so welcome, remenbering us and our orders
It’s hard to imagine worse service. There was 1 person in front of me and it took 10 minutes for the staff to even acknowledge my presence. They were rude to everyone there. Would not return, go to other brueggers locations.
Delicious FRESH warm bagels with a variety of cream cheese flavors! I love their fresh brewed hazelnut coffee also.
