Food was excellent but no indoor seating was closed as a construction worker nearby on a rainy day would of been nice to sit down and eat . Time to get off the COVID train and open fully
This place is really hit or miss on the quality of both the service and food.First time I went, the service was very rude and didn't seem to care. It put me off going for a couple of months. I decided to try it again a week ago and the service and food was great. Thinking they've turned a new leaf, I tried Brueggers again. Once again the staff was rude, they got my order wrong (wrong cream cheese) and didn't even both to cut the bagel. I believe it was the same staff as the first time. Management, you need to evaluate your employees better.
Bagel was good, service needs a little work, called in, still waited for a while for my order.
Turned away yet again on a weekend morning saying “we’re not taking any more orders right now.” Maybe overwhelmed by the small crowd of people? Not sure how this place stays open.
Very inconsistent no matter what I order it always seems to be wrong or missing ingredients that should be on it. Very Over priced for how inconsistent they are.
I've come multiple times while working at the new BIDMC building. Terrible service everytime. The food is good but the service has been rushed and confused every time. I have a bad service then give it a week or so to let them reset. (in my head). Everytime I go back they mess it up. Pass this place go to the forecourt.

For the record, I didn’t visit Bruegger’s. I visited the Longwood garage bc they have $8 parking and it’s eons better than spending $50 to park on Boylston for a sox game ??♂️
