Staff is very polite, pleasant and respectful. They exude the type of mannerisms that barely exist in today's world. I always leave with a smile and I appreciate their kindness.
Could be good here. However, they consistently get my girlfriends order wrong (Western Sandwich, substitutes turkey sausage for bacon) and 50/50 they put bacon on it. Ordered ahead online and waited 30 minutes for one egg sandwich and one bagel w/ cream cheese (this ended up being wrong too). 5-10 in-store orders were completed before mine. As a local restaurant owner, this is a top down fine tuning fix to get this right.

If you order ahead they won’t make your order until nobody is left inside to order in person. It’s like they don’t understand the concept of why someone would order ahead.
Says they’re open until 2pm but they stop serving sandwiches at 1:30… why not just close at 1:30 then. Last three times I’ve gone in I’ve been told they are selling bagels only. How lazy do you have to be to close the sandwich making supplies 30 minutes early?Also the older red head (dyed) is coughing and rubbing her nose over the food. If she’s the one making your sandwich (assuming they are still serving them) do your health a favor and turn around, walk out the door and get a sandwich from the deli at Gary’s liquor store. I recommend the Italian on Scalli!
Masks only work if they cover the mouth AND nose. Several servers here don’t seem to know this. Please train your staff better.
They don’t serve breakfast sandwiches within an hour of close I guess. And they’re only open until 2pm so you can’t work nights if you ever want to eat here. They definitely won’t have what you want but you’re lucky if you get anything at all.
Employees and I were literally stepping over their own trash.They didnt take my order after I paid for it.Women's bathroom light didn't work.What can I say but red flags all around ???
