called at 8pm. 45 min for delivery. called again at 9pm. told it would be here in 15 minutes. almost two hours after initial order, no one will answer phone and no sign of delivery in site. card charged. total scam. do not recommendhow is the influx of orders from the parade my problem? that’s a business problemedit: 2 hours later. food cold. no one answered the phone from 45 min until delivery. then said sorry we’re super busy (sunday night). i don’t even care about the wait but now 2 hours later and food’s come. delivery driver couldn’t speak english to even explain hold upedit 2: love their excuse for terrible service! not even an apology. also hung up on me when i called back but immediately respond on google. you know their ethics are very poor with this type of behavior

Takes a long time to prepare the food . Pizza is the best over here. Price is expensive here for just small portion. Delivery was so long and I live like 5 mins away took about an hour like bruhh. & yes southie is my villa.
If they get your order right, the food is pretty good! But I've ordered from them multiple times, and they mess up my order more often than getting it right (buffalo chicken pizza instead of calzone, forgetting toppings, etc.) Which happens, not a big deal.But recently, I ordered a large meal for multiple people and one of the items was waffle fries. Apparently they were out (according to Slice app support), so they swapped my waffle fries with curly fries. I understand if you're out of an item, no problem. But please don't give me a different item and charge me for it. Requested a refund and was denied because "they are the same just different type of fries". I was denied a refund because they decided to change my order without permission, which to me is pretty bad customer service.
I usually order for delivery at least 2 times a week. There’s been a few times I need changed for a 100$ bill and they said no problem. I recently moved and when I told her my new address and told her I’ll need change for a 100$ her whole tone changed and said she couldn’t do that (Most likely because of the area, which I understand) when I explained I’m a reoccurring customer and I assure this wasn’t a set up, she still didn’t care and suggested “next time pay with a card”. It’s the holiday season and I try my hardest to reframe from using my debit card due to scams and what not. I kind of get where she’s coming from but you should know who your loyal customers are and try to accommodate them and if not maybe do it with a better attitude and tone .
In short, your customer service sucks. 4 weeks to try and get a refund I was promised. Keep your money and don’t insult me by posting a response. Terrible.10/14/2021 Update - Attempted to contact the owner again to arrange for payment only to be mocked and refused a refund. The true indication of the quality of any business is how they respond to customer satisfaction. I think the results of this experience speak for themselves.
