Ice cream was pretty good and served fast. It was hot out, so was a welcome treat to have in the summer. Fast service. Dirty picnic tables out front for seating. It’s a walk up order window. You’ll have to fight the tribe of Boston city pigeons for a seat.
The lady who was working tonight is extremely ignorant and should find a new job since she is clearly miserable.
Lady at window was so rude, if you don't like working with public maybe you should get a different job.
We ordered a party for school from this location and when they didn't show up with the delivery I called and the owner was too drunk to make the delivery himself... And his delivery guy had not shown up for work. When I spoke to one of the employees on the phone, she said I would have to take it up with the owner she wasn't going to deal with the issue.So an hour and a half before the ice cream party, I had to rush out to a grocery store and buy everything myself.Nuts
Horrible customer service, she got the order wrong and was very impatient. Then she shut the screen on us and told us she didn't care. She also tried to charge us 3 single scoops of ice cream, when clearly one person wanted two scoops in the same cup. ??♀️
Great food and service is traditionally outstanding.
Great variety but pricey
They have a good variety of flavor. I love the fact that the ice cream has a certain creamy texture: not runny, not too soft but got its thickness yet light taste to it. I love the coconut and durian together (if you're up for it)
Couldn't get the shake I wanted because the small angry lady behind the window said it would make too much of a mess. Really? I thought she was kidding but 100% serious. Definitely over priced. As the previous review said. There's better in the area.
This ice cream was incredibly overpriced. The person working gave us the incorrect change and upon questioning wasn’t the slightest bit apologetic. Overall don’t go here there’s better ice cream in the area.
