We had a wonderful Family reunion here and it was amazing! Excellent service and rooms! wonderful Staff too! Great location for visiting Boston attractions and restaurants!! Highly recommend this Hotel!
Had a fantastic stay at the BHH! The hotel was clean, staff super friendly, location and views couldn’t be beat! We loved the Summer in the city concerts at night….Sugar babies band was awesome! From the cleaning staff, to concierge, to valet, to front desk and management they all went above and beyond to make our stay amazing! Our room was cleaned daily, turn down service at night and we loved the daily chocolate chip cookies!! When our flight was cancelled last minute they jumped in and allowed us a late checkout, offered a ride to the airport and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to management and all the staff for being so friendly and helpful, would not question staying here in the future or recommending to others!! So glad we chose to stay here instead of other hotels.
This hotel is recommended by our colleagues. I love the location as everything is in walking distance from the hotel. There is daily housekeeping. As a matter of fact housekeeping come in and fill ice for us every evening. If I didn't have to work during weekday, I would have enjoyed all the summer events more. Definitely recommend this hotel. I'll update with more photos later.
Went to the Terrace restaurant for the Summer in the City music and we were one of the first tables seated. It was 96 degrees out and took 30 minutes to get water, and another 28 minutes to get our drink order for two people. Every table that was seated after us got water, drinks, and even food before we got our drinks. There were no apologies by the waitstaff or even the manager, so we just left.
Still the same great hotel. Wonderful location on the seafront. Good food and an excellent room. Very good public areas and fine decorations. Centrally place in the city with many historical sites within walking distance.
Connie and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at Boston harbor hotel. So glad we went there. One of the best hotels we have ever experienced. We were there 7 nights in a terrific harbor view room. Was supposed to be 8 nights but our flight was canceled after 8 departure delays. Finally got there and the Concierge staff and front desk were all very helpful. Had breakfast there most mornings, all very good. Received food deliveries, fruit bowls and other surprises. Housekeeping was great, reservations was great. Super location for everything. Can't say enough good things about this hotel. It was the staff that made it special.
This was our first stay at the Boston Harbor Hotel. We were greeted warmly and professionally from valet to the front desk. Check in was quick and our bags were already in the room by the time we were done. We stayed in the Mariner's Suite, which is pricey but the views and room were worth every penny. The room was spotless, had a stocked mini fridge (weight/timed sensitive) which was nice to see after dealing with COVID for so long, and a lovely bathroom. The hotel itself was spotless and well decorated, had ample places to lounge and enjoy the views. We are looking forward to another stay soon.
This hotel is perfection! The location, the atmosphere, the scenery… But we have to mention Juan who so graciously works the door at this beloved establishment! His kindness knows no bounds, and he truly deserves a mention! We have a room booked in a few weeks time and can’t wait to make more memories and see this humble doorman who excels at his profession!
This hotel is astonishingly good and practically perfect. Rooms were spotlessly clean and well-appointed, staff were (mostly) exceptional, and the in-room dining was of the highest quality. Overall this is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at.
My husband and I stayed here for the weekend for our 5 year anniversary and we had some of the best service we’ve ever had. The entire staff made sure we were well taken care of, went above and beyond for us and accommodated every request we had. Not only is it a great location, the service is everything you would expect from a five star hotel.
