The service was amazing but the food was okay. The entrees were good (we got the NY strip and chicken) but the appetizers and sides lacked salt (flavor). The mac and cheese tasted just like noodles and the pork belly was not mixed in, just a piece of pork belly in the middle. The oxtail croquette lack seasoning and we could have done without it. Music was good, there is lot of sitting but we were put in a room that cramped people in.

Went for dine in Boston good value for the money. Steak was cooked to perfection. Caprese salad was very flavorful. Overall good experience but other steak restaurants in Boston better option for the money
Great food and the never ending French fries are worth trying. Good wine selection and the service was great.
I had my 25th birthday dinner here and it was a great time! My family and friends enjoyed the food and our server was amazing! Only thing I wish they did was sing happy birthday to me! I didnât expect them to do nothing for a birthday dinner but oh well.

We arrived shortly after opening and were one of only 4 tables the entire time we were there. Our service was good, our waitress was very happy to speak with us, didnât feel ignored or like we were bothering her. Unfortunately the steak I ordered was over cooked, then under cooked, then over cooked. Being such a slow night, it was surprising that a steak house was unable to properly cook a steak. The person who delivered my steak all 3 times didnât really speak and never waited for me to cut into my steak, so I had to wait for our waitress to arrive to send it back each time. The manager came to our table and apologized and comped my meal. It was handled well, so I would go back.

We enjoyed the most tender steaks! We also enjoyed the big bowl of (excellent) fries that circulated during our meal. Each person got exactly the amount they wanted! Appreciate the side street seating area and cozy decor/lights. Attentive server. We had a very good experience at Boston Chops!
Good restaurant, pricey, the service can improve. If you are asking for a bottle of wine, after the first glass you need to serve by yourself,,, the waiters/waitress never came back to do it Location: perfect Parking around is a big issue
