I don’t really get the point of ordering ahead. I showed up and they hadn’t assembled the pizza yet, and they needed to fire it. I could have showed up and had it in the same amount of time without ordering ahead.Pizza is fine. Takes a long time to come out.
Excellent place for fast pizza. Yay for the vegan cheese option! This hot, crispy pizza hit the spot on a chilly day.
Ordered a pizza and was charged fully but never received my order. And they have no way of letting me contact them to let them know that I didn't receive my order so I can't get a refund. Every time I have been it takes over an hour to get my food. Have not had a single good experience at this Blaze unfortunately.
Went in today and I noticed the employee who jus got hired and who was the only one there who was helpful and completely polite was getting chased down by another employee with a chef knife… I have the video and all and I feel bad for that new employee he always was fast, helpful and cheerful unlike the others that work there.
I can't believe they made me wait 30 min while my order was ready the whole time. The crew need to open their mouth and direct customers to where to pick up their orders instead of just randomly asking ppl to wait. Dude just told me my order is not ready without knowing what the hell is my order. Do better!!
What a phenomenal find!! Build the exact pizza you want, with great quality ingredients, and ready fast. The options were astounding. I hope someone opens up some of these closer to home, because I really don't want to have to drive into the city to get this. The only thing that could have made it better is beer.
Came driving 45 mins just for this pizza because we liked it so much the first time. Second time, however, the pizza was horrible. The gluten free crust was hard as a rock and impossible to chew. Ordered another, they made it the same away again. Also, the attitude of people working here seems as if they are doing a favor to us, rather than doing their job.
Good quality pizza. But the counter staff was very rude and did not respect customers. I urge the blaze pizza to train the staff for “Customer Service”. We visited Boylston St, Fenway, Boston location and the counter staff was treating customers very unruly that we end up leaving the store without having such delicious pizza.
I read in their website that they had gluten free options for customers with specific dietary needs (I'm coeliac), and saw good comments about their GF products, so I went to the 123 Stuart St, Boston location. They assured me that they had strict protocols, so I felt confident enough to order. The person that took my order was apparently in training, supervised by another one that had more experience. The first one kept resting her hands on the regular flour coated surface, other stuff members passed each other 2 things that were previously in contact with regular flour, over the supposedly GF pizza that was on the making. I pointed that out to the more experienced staff member, and she replied "If your condition is so severe, why did you come here?", while the person in training was dipping her hand in an ingredient that had gluten. When she saw that, they went inside and we went to another place, because I most definitely didn't feel safe eating there. Why do they specify on their website about their "supposedly safe" food for people with specific dietary needs and then ask you why you go there if you have one??? TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE AND DEFINITELY NOT SAFE!!!!
Great quality pizza! We ordered red vine and green stripe and it was good. Also it was a good location and ambiance.
