Got a buttered plain bagel which was fine, pretty decent actually, but $2.50 for a bagel, going up to $4.50 JUST by adding butter? Crazy prices. Also I ordered the “English Breakfast tea” and it was just a regular old Lipton tea bag.

If you’re going to charge $25 for two bagels and a small juice, I beg you, please put some..ANY… amount of salt on the sandwich. Had to have been the fifth time in a row I’ve sat down to eat a completely bland egg sandwich.

Great bagels. They have egg and egg everything bagels which alone could get me to leave a five star review but they taste great as well. Some reviews on here complaining about the amount of cream cheese on the bagels have obviously never been to NY. If cream cheese isn’t pouring out the side of the bagel there’s not enough cream cheese on it.You want a thin smear of spread on a bagel? Go to Dunkin’. You want a bagel with the proper over indulgence of cream cheese on it? Go to Better Bagels.

The food is good- but I’ve had issues both times I’ve ordered. First time, sauce was wrong but they gladly remade. Second time, I ordered pickup for 8:00am, and got a text it was ready at 7:23am. I didn’t really want my egg sandwich sitting around for 40 mins. When I got there at 8, my sandwich wasn’t there. So they remade, but I had to wait the extra ~5 mins.

I've worked in pretty much every area in Boston and frequently like a nice hot breakfast sandwich. While walking along seaport blvd looking for something to eat I stumbled across Better Bagels. The star of the show here is the bagel itself. I ordered a sausage/egg/cheese on a sea salt bagel, I know weird combo but I really love salt bagels and they are kinda rare. The sandwich was good even though the egg and sausage are fast food style, this did help getting my food to me quick which I appreciate due to I have limited time on break. Only issue I really had was the price of the sandwich alone cost around 9.50. I believe if they cooked fresh fried eggs and high quality breakfast sausage on a grill they could warrant that price in Boston.

Bagels were pretty good in the past. However, recently, the bagels have been subpar to say the least. They are fresh… BUT that’s the bare minimum. I usually order a cinnamon raisin bagel but lately the bagels seem to have 1 or maybe 2 raisins in it? Is there a raisin shortage? Are raisins that expensive? I basically got a plain bagel with a dash of cinnamon. It was tasteless. I guess I’ll give one star because the cream cheese is decent.

4.5 stars....aptly nammed. Better than any other bagel within Boston. I think it's Montreal style- very lovely almost sourdough flavor with an airy & fluffy interior and a sturdy crispy exterior. This is quite different than the Jewish bagelries in Boston which tend to be breadier. Loved it overall ! I got my everything bagel scooped with veg cc. Wish they had jalapeno cc tho...Would add another star if they did! Either way, will def be coming back.

Not a NY bagel experience. It has gone downhill since the last time I ate from here two years ago. I ordered a toasted bagel with creamcheese and my boyfriend got a BEC. We waited about 15 minutes with three other people in front of us - fine, I understand it’s busy on a Saturday. However, upon receiving our order, the order was such a disappointment. My bagel wasn’t toasted, was small, and was just ok. My boyfriend’s sandwich looked premade. He tossed half of it because it tasted like plastic and wasn’t even warm. He said the eggs were the most disgusting thing. I would love to like this place, but overall can’t justify ever paying $17 for two bagels ever again. And to think some of their bagel sandwiches go up to close to $20! I just think for the price, the quality is no longer there

Honestly could’ve been so much better if they followed instructions on pick up order. Had many missing items which I found out by the time I drove away. There phone didn’t work either so I couldn’t reach out to them about it. Sandwiches are overpriced to not have it done correctly is disappointing.

In line waiting to place an order, the staff completely disregarded my presence and began waiting on the person who entered after, and was behind me in line. Not usually the type to review, but service here seemed unusually poor.
