extremely pricey! and the employees where rude and would not answer our questions. reading the other reviews i would not shop here because the working conditions are just as horrible as the ice cream.
I had a pretty pleasant experience here! I ordered a simple frozen yogurt cone (vanilla and Oreo flavored) and I actually thought it was pretty good! They are a bit pricey, but overall good experience with staff and what I ordered. Can’t speak for the other items they offer, but I’d stop again if I was in the area and craving a frozen treat.
They gave me a 10 year old milkshake on display. I specifically ordered a vanilla mike shake with caramel. The man who “took” my order did not know two words of English. The man responded to my order with, and I quote “Qué? Papás Fritos?” When the milkshake eventually “came” from display, it was very hard and had a dead fly on it. The 10 year old milkshake tasted like water. Very disappointed ??
Crowded area reflecting non-service oriented behavior of staff. Wallnut fudge ice cream was delicious though!

Bought what I thought was a caramel chocolate apple but it was just an apple dipped in chocolate, for $10 it seems a bit steep for just an apple dipped in chocolate. I got played to say the least
Awful store. Their açaí bowls are advertised as being nearly the size of a dinner plate, and was literally 4 inches wide. False advertising led me to buy $12 dollars of something not worth 5.
Great place! Great customer service and lots to choose from. Will keep going back. New favorite stop in Faneuil Hall.
The berry smoothie was all milk and no berry.
I went here to try the frozen yogurt and it’s pretty good just the price is a bit too high.
