It was okay, and while it’s understandable that because we were a large group the service wasn’t as quick, it was still a rather long wait for some of our groups drinks and the food wasn’t that great. I’m not normally one for writing bad reviews but I wouldn’t rush back to Banners.
Chicken salad was served without the chicken. Then barely cooked cold chicken was delivered at the end of the dinner
Went to a show at the Garden. Place is so awesome visually but the service was awful (waiter was very nice but very absent). Food was ok. Not horrible not great.

We were greeted in a wonderful friendly manner and got incredible attention and fast service but as the restaurant got busier the service changed dramatically! Our server was great but very busy⦠our plates were never taken from our table before we got our check. We enjoyed our time but a Luy disappointed.

Nice place and the food was good but $15 for a beer is outrageous and the rest of the menu follows suit. I know thereâs inflation but damn.
Excellent place to stop by on your way to TD Garden events.Food is yummylicious and specialty drinks a must!
