It's usually busy and they don't take reservations. But they have this quaint rustic vibe and quality regional food that's definitely worth the wait.
The chicken mole enchiladas at this East Boston gem were fantastic.The front door is a bit tricky. I struggled and saw two other men have the same issue and leave. The restaurant is indeed open, and it's definitely worth the visit!
Food was really good..we shared the guacamole which was fresh and delicious. I had a chicken mole burrito. The mole was excellent. Variety in the menu. I would absolutely return.

This place great little breakfast/brunch location. All of the food is cooked perfectly and their horchata is amazing, be sure to try it.
Small restaurant that reminds me of the real fondas poblanas in Mexico. Staff is friendly and attentive. My husband had the mole and I ordered the pipian verde and I have to say they were both very good. The closest tastes I've had to the moles you eat in Mexico. The only thing I would recommend is to have another option for the chicken as for now you can only have it with chicken breast and for me it's too dry.
Cozy & delicious. The only down side is how small the kitchen is. Be prepared to have a few cups of coffee while you wait. But with that in mind, it is not at all a unfair wait for its size. Service was spectacular!Overall a fantastic addition to the neighborhood.I will be coming back without a doubt.
Enjoyed brunch, large memu with good coffee, and adult drinks, unfortunately on a cold day it can be drafty when the door is opened. It seems they are working on it though with plastic barriers at the door.
Can’t say enough about this intimate cafe tucked in an East Boston neighborhood. With two locations, this being the smaller of the two, the size should not keep you from giving it a try. You will not be disappointed! The staff is also very friendly and attentive.
