My stay at Aloft has been great. The environment is Mod, Cool and Chill. I have to admit I was a little apprehensive about the location when I arrived. I usually stay at the Westin and Hotels in that area in the mix of things, however, I appracted the location because it was off in the "Cut" yet close to the Action. Your staff is outstanding, and Manny at the front desk topped it off with his customer service. I'll be back.
went to boston with my family and stayed at aloft. it is a great hotel in a nice location by the convention center. beautiful and modern hotel. the best hotel in the marriott system that i have stayed at so far. staff in all areas are well trained and very helpful. pool area is very nice for familys.
This is the 3rd time I be had to stay here. I try to give them a chance but it’s clear that the i socials employed here are nice to those they assume will tip and or are more frequent guest. The first time i sat in the lobby for 25 minutes waiting for the front desk to check us in. He said he thought we was going to the restaurant? Either way why did you leave is waiting for that long of period and who is going to a restaurant with luggage. The second time they bumped our room without notification and didn’t show the price change. The last time our car was damaged by valet they lied about having cameras and refused to reimburse us. Honestly we make a good living and this isn’t about money it’s about the employees having customer services skills. Because even if “we don’t have money “ we should be treated decent. Cannot go back here i already have it enough tries cause the facility is beautiful n the location but i will not have my property damaged and treated less than. And pay for it with my beard earned money. Just got the footage from the police of my car being damaged by the valet driver. This is now a legal matter when everyone could have been honest and professional. All parties involved except me lied and tried to cover a problem instead of do the right thing.
Excellence at its finest. My experience at your location was by far exceptional. Thank you for the clean room and common areas. Manny was so helpful in ensuring our comforts and accommodations were met. He checked on us and thanked us for staying with Aloft. Was a bit taken aback because we were so appreciative he quickly responded to our request for some additional hygienic products. I thank you for the professionalism of your staff and enthusiasm.
This hotel is an excellent location across the street from the Convention Center. However, there are almost no restaurants in the area. The Aloft is a " limited service" hotel, according to the front desk. There is no breakfast, only a mini fridge and coffee maker in the room. My "seaport view" room overlooked a large parking lot for trucks with a sliver of river beyond it. The room decor was clean and modern.
I needed help with a document for my meeting. The business center printer was down. I asked Pedro for help, and he went out of his way to help me get my document printed. I really appreciate that Pedro truly cared.
The thermostat stayed so bright all night that it lit up the room. AC was extremely noisy and blew so cold that the room was freezing whenever it was on. There was only a thin duvet and no blanket. Thin walls.
The Aloft Boston Seaport hotel was the perfect place to stay when we attended a conference at the Convention Center, which is right across the street. The staff at this hotel was exceptional from the manager, Ricardo, to the desk staff, including Manny (who wears a bowtie every day) and Nicole, to the wonderful cleaning staff, Meiling and Ying, who ensured our room was tidy and well stocked with water and coffee/tea every day. The lobby/bar area is airy and spacious with many places to relax (sofas and chairs) or eat (high tops and a long table with charging stations) and an outside patio surrounded by garden walls. The bar food offerings were impressive, especially the pork tacos, and the occasional specials are a real treat; the tuna tartare with avocado was a special when we visited ~ yum! There is also a nice selection of breakfast items available for a limited time in the morning in the grab-n-go area, which offers an array of food, snacks and beverages that are available 24/7. The room was perfect for our needs and the bedding was the comfortable with the perfect choice of pillow. A special thank you to Ricardo who a gracious and friendly host!
This is EXACTLY what you would expect from an Aloft Hotel. The rooms were standard Aloft fare. We had a beer, played pool, and relaxed in the lobby/lounge. It was fun and met expectations. Our conference was at the convention center and it is directly across the street. If you have an event at the convention center, I highly recommend this hotel. There is also a shared bike rack about a block away from the hotel. It is really easy to either walk or ride a bike down to the seaport area. The hotel is not a great option for those who primarily want to visit the seaport or the city (downtown). The subway stop is about a mile away and the seaport is about 3/4 of a mile. It is about a $15 taxi ride to get downtown.
Had a great night! Room was super comfortable and spacious, everyone was very friendly and the shower products were super nice! Only downside was the no complimentary breakfast. But other than that would definitely recommend.
