We needed a late dinner after a night game at Fenway Park....but being exhausted we settled for takeout. Most places were closing up or ending their takeout hours while we figured out what the 3 of us wanted. Stumbled across Ali Baba halal among the long list of pizza joints that were available for late night dining- on a weeknight. Took our chances and ordered a selection of cold dips (hummus, baba ganoush, tabouleh and spicy veggie dip), chicken shish kabobs, and the mixed grill. Both meals came with fresh bread for dipping, a salad, roasted tomatoes, and nicely seasoned cous cous. Everything was absolutely delish! And plenty leftover for reheating (it's good the 2nd time around too!) Such a great alternative for late night delivery- we will be back!
Best food I ever had! I tried to find some halal places in Boston but all of them her horrible this is the best the Chicken chops were very juicy very tender with a hint of smoky flavor the waitress was the sweetest! The baklava was phenomenal! The bread OMG so good! It can get pricy but it’s all worth is definitely reccoment!!
Excellent Turkish restaurant serving quality and authentic Turkish food. The Iskender kebab is some of the best I have had outside of Turkei, while the other kebabs are expertly cooked and spiced. The rice was flavorful and the fresh-baked bread tasty and chewy while still being a little crusty. Pride was pretty good. The review is really 4.5 stars, but I am grading on a brutal curve (this place isn't quite as good as Cafe Istanbul in Columbus, OH or the glorious, dearly departed Turkish Cuisine and Bakery in Chicago). Highly recommended.
Cozy place with amazing service and great food ! Definitely worth it! What they consider a small order is actually a full order anywhere else, so you get a bang for your buck! Definitely will go back to eat there when I visit again.
The spot is small but cozy and the food is pretty good! I had their wraps and ordered grilled chicken/baba ghanoush to go. All of it was good, especially the bread that comes with the dip. In particular, their coffees are strong and the cups are adorable. Perfect with their baklava... which was really yummy.
I got a lamb dish for pickup and received a free side salad, which was also very delicious and fresh. I feel like the man who handed me the food had cooked it himself and seemed very proud. Very happy they're open late. Overall, a great experience.
I went with my family and the food was delicious. Excellent service, great menu and very good prices. The dishes are very-very abundant and with the authentic middle east flavor. I loved this place and totally recommend it. The place is small, has few seats, like 4 to 5 tables
Really disappointed after the stellar reviews online for the place. Most of the meat was undercooked. Had to return one of the dishes as the chicken was not cooked enough to be eaten. The quantity is good and so is the baked bread at the start
Food was amazing. My friend and I tried lamb shish kebab. My friend does not normally like lamb meat, but he loved it. We also tried lahmajun. We should’ve had more than one ✌️
Love it!! Food is great!! Portion wise and taste wise!! Lahmacun (picture) amazing!! Not to forget kunefe with that generous pistachio and syrupA for authenticity!! Gonna visit soon thank you!!!
