***5/5 stars up until this past week***Been a customer for over 5 years and never had had the incorrect order, but twice within a week now I have not received the sandwich I ordered/had different toppings I did not order. Today was BBQ Chicken - does not match what I used to get/the menu listing. From the menu: Chicken tenders grilled and topped with our special barbecue sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo and American cheese.I’ve received: Chicken Tenders grilled topped with BBQ sauce with jalapeños, diced pepper, pickles, tomato and onion.I dont know what is going on here but tickets were being given out to the wrong people, my ticket was given to me with no stamp to confirm I paid until I told the worker to stamp it. Really hope if it’s new staff issue this can be resolved.

Will never go there again, female at the Register attitude, I asked her to tell the cook to please do my steak and cheese well cooked mixed in with the tomatoes, not lay the tomatoes onto the sub, MIX it with the steak really, was not done properly bread wasn't even cooked well... and she says I don't understand what he means, by well cooked, really lol... it's by leaving the steak bit longer on the grill and add the tomatoes ? so its all mixed in...Didn't even waste my time to talk with them, I just left but I'm very upset, thanks for the food...

Solid food at a great price in downtown Boston, all prepared quick and efficiently. You're expected to know the system when you get in here: order, pay, get your receipt and pick up with said receipt in hand. This makes service extremely fast, even for a small place like this. Highly recommend for lunchtime, it's the best food at the best price in even a small window of time.

Wow.. best tasting sandwich I’ve had in a long time. The store front seemed gimmicky, I was expecting something edible but no where near this. I got a large, which is enough to feed an army. The ingredients are fresh and high quality, I was simply blown away. The bread was crispy on the outside and super soft on the inside. I’ll be going back again for sure!

Always have good food but I do believe they are charging for small bags lunch the same as a large bag lunch but very well worth the price

The best sandwich in Boston, the most delicious, best price, fast, friendly people and always playing the best music!!!

Great place. Great food. Long lines at times but they move quickly.

Huge subs at an unbelievably reasonable price! I got a large steak and cheese with extra cheese and it was only $11. In the picture you will see 2 halves that I reheated in the oven when I got home. This is one large sub! Unlike some places where you ask for extra cheese and you’re wondering where the heck it is this was very cheesy. My wife has never ordered a chicken salad in all the years we’ve been together. Our daughter got a chicken salad sub which was huge and gave half to my wife. My wife said it was the best chicken salad she had ever eaten in her life. Through the years I’ve also had the chicken Parm and tuna salad. Both were delicious. Instead of using a regular sub roll it’s a huge piece of French bread. Best bread I’ve ever had from a sub shop.

State StreetUsed to be a regular, but I've literally never experienced a person more nasty and rude than the American girl taking hot orders on weekdays. I will not be returning, ever. I will also be discouraging everyone I know from patronizing this restaurant.

All about the sandwiches! Hard to beat the taste, or the price!
