What a disgrace this location is! At one point I worked at the one next to assembly road, worked at the one in Quincy, Braintree, and Hingham but this one should be banned! Seeing how I know the menu very well and have been cooking for over 10 years I can tell that the steak they sold me yesterday was not freshly cooked. I ordered it medium and there was no blood, eggs were gray, steak was cold, and extremely rubbery, my loses potatoes were cold bacon bits were burnt and cheese not melted. The cup where they put my Pepsi was dirty and you can see something floating. My ate ordered a margarita and they served her salty dirty water. The hostess was a complete [email protected])!!! We walked in she’s on her personal phone . Then have us an attitude. We asked to have a table with a tv in witch I addressed it as a monitor and she got mad because her little brain couldn’t process the visual of a monitor nor compare it similarly to a tv. Hoodrat 101! Then we attempted to ask her where we can locate the bathrooms and she just waved her hand in the air and walks way. Also forgot to mentioned before we sat down and ordered our food all of the cooks were walking out adding more incriminating evidence that the food they served us was garbage! I wouldn’t go back to this place ever I don’t care who suggests it!!!
In Charleston I had Alyssa great waitress very nice and willing too go out of her way too help you.i loved that 99 has great servers like her!!!!
Food was great. Didn't get a drink refill. Server was nice but didn't ask if we wanted one check or two at the end. Not a big deal but had to go back to split it.
I've been to a couple of 99 Restaurants, and this one is about average. My parents liked their dishes, but my chicken parm lacked flavor in the sauce and was a bit dry. However, service was good and the place was clean.
Place is s joke! We Ordered curbside. Hit the “ Im here button at 6:40 they never brought it out. I called and continually got put on hold until almost 7 pm my son finally went in and our food was just sitting on a shelf near door . To keep picking up phone over n over again saying please hold for almost 16 minutes is unacceptable! If you dont do curbside anymore take it off app. Girl on phone was extremely rude as well telling me she was going to hang up on me when I said being put on hold is ridiculous and to top it off food was cold and overcooked!! Waste of 51.00

The burger was tremendous and delicious. Service was awesome and the staff made accomodations for a group over 30
The server was very nice and friendly. My husband noted the steak tips were perfectly cooked and my chicken dinner was done well.
This is my second time coming to a 99 Cafe restaurant when I take a trip to Boston to see my patriots play.I was traveling around Boston to take some photos and uber around places until I wanted to grab some food. I stopped by here and sat in the bar area. The lady was nice and gave me the happy hour menu and ordered a couple of items to try. The Country Fried Chicken was the best dish I have tried which I recommend.Anybody visiting the Boston area I would highly recommend trying this chain restaurant around town. Affordable and comforting.
