love the coffee. worth the wait...
If I could give this Starbucks zero stars I would. I used to come here during quarantine and it was my favorite. Now not so much. I got a coffee I had before from a different store and the one from Elliot street was horrendous. And now I just went back to get my original strawberry açaí lemonade and the barista did not put lemonade in it. Do better.
great service from, young girl in am. (think name is angie) always smiling) drive thru long, but, can't be helped these days. keep up the good work.
A new girl “cashier” at the drive thru window by the name of “INIAH” or however the hell it’s spelt (she didn’t even have a name badge on), is absolutely the worst. How she made it through a job interview let alone hired is puzzling to me. I know Starbucks is desperate for help but this is next level horrible. She has backtalked me the last couple times I have come to this location and was brazen enough to admit what she’s done wrong and with a smile on her face. When I told her I would be making a call to corporate, she was completely unfazed and continued to laugh and smirk at me. Some older dopey “manager” with a grey pony tail who looks like he doesn’t shower came over to me, unapologetic and apprehensive about giving me her name finally caved and told me. Unlikely I’ll be returning to this location after 10 years of coming here almost daily. Unacceptable and one of the worst “customer service” experiences I have ever dealt with.

Since well before your bicker, their hours have been 4:30 am - 3 pm, changed from the original hours during Covid-19. Maybe actually try finding out if a stores hours have changed before assuming everything is still the same as it was 5 years ago?I love it when people cry and complain about the coffee services that they require because they're incapable of making a cup of coffee at home.The staff here is why I drive to Beverly to get my Starbucks. Being able to get there earlier in the morning is great.Great customer service can make all the difference in your day and sometimes even change your own tired "blah" morning into a better "blah" morning.
Crazy parking situation, drive thru is an endless line of cars. Easy parking out back, with as great view of the river and benches to sit on. The location makes it worth three wait to get in the lot.
The manager here is so nasty to her employees and to customers. No wonder why nobody wants to work for this company or this location. I'll go somewhere else. It's sad because this is so close to me. I'm willing to travel further to not have my partner talked down to when the manager misheard a correction on our order.Never again.
I went there yesterday December 2nd 2021 around 1pm and the manager there was horrible to the employees! She has a power trip or something and it's not ok. The way she talks to them in front of customers is ridiculous. And I could hear her through the drive through window so that says alot! The employees are always very polite and get my order correct when I come here but that manager left a bad taste in my mouth the way she treats the employees, so not sure if I'll be returning to this location or not which is sad because I live right around the corner from this particular location. I gave 2 stars because the employees are attentive and really sweet. But I wish I could give 0 stars for that manager
Absolute WORST starbucks i’ve ever been to. Takes over a half an hour for a mobile order that should only take 8 mins. And the staff is so so rude.
