First timer-Drive-thru speaker sounds like a walkie talkie operated by Bhad Bhabie-Missing apple pie-Ran out of fries-Forgot to give me the receipt-Dude giving me my order looking at me like I kissed his dog when I asked him if all my items were in the bag (they weren't)
Got a big breakfast with pancakes through drive through. The whole meal was all over the bottom of the bag. Was never secured properly. The girl in drive through was having multiple conversations with coworkers about her night. No butter given, food was cold, eggs overcooked and just a bad experience. I usually have never had issues before at this McDonald's. Very disappointed. Waste of money. Almost called manager when I got home, but felt he or she wasn't going to help. Take pride in anything you do people regarding your job. I am a loyal good customer, business's rely on regulars in today's climate. I usually give great, positive feedback because I know the food business is a tough business. But it was a slow day. No excuse, it kills me to write such a bad review. That's how upset I was. Had to buy another breakfast at another establishment, that should never happen. Take care.
They sometimes rush your order, and everything comes out messed up
I don't eat much fast food anymore but the kids in the family like to have a happy meal with a toy every now and then. Fun time with the kids.
I get three Coffee, they all wrong, I made sure when I was talking to the server what I need, I repeat it 3 Times, and yet still get everything wrong when I get home, I try to call no one pick up the phone, what a nice service.
Even worse service than the others in the area. The worst.
Took 10 mins to get food only ordered a cheeseburger and small fries!
Ordered really, really hot fries with our meals. They were lukewarm, so I passed them back through the window indicating that they were not hot enough. The young woman argued that they are hot. I said that they could either give me what I ordered or a refund. They made it right, and I got actually hot fries
Convenient. Not the best food, but is usually acceptable. Sometimes the person taking the order has difficulty understanding the simplest words.
Order came wrong replaced it the large fries was only half full had wipe own table down floor was littered on entry where the salt sugar and things are was dicusting complained and felt a little intimidated
