Should be 24 hours Salem Beverly are heavy with industry travel medical cab or other services and many students but they cannot get food. Not to mention surrounding towns 3 shift companies. People who live in Salem have to order food from out of town causing hire fuel costs to delivery people and longer waits for local customers
Good mcds ice cream machine is most of the time in working order! Which is pretty huge considering
It's fast food can not expect much. Also pray they get your order right.
Service was very slow. Had to pull out of line and wait for 10 to 15 mins to get our food
Ordered a 2 sandwich value meal they only gave me one sandwich When I went back they told me I made a mistake and that it only came with one sandwich and which then I was told we don't have any more of those so I said you don't have any more sandwiches? I will never go there again I used to go there 3x a week
I go to this McDonald’s at least once a week. They’re usually friendly and courteous, as well as it never takes long for them to make the food. It saddens me seeing all the petty reviews, some have no merit to them like the dining area being blocked off. I’ve been to multiple McDonald’s and all of them do the same thing, even my job doesn’t allow anyone to eat inside. I agree that the parking lot could be better taken care of when it comes to trash but that’s only an occasional issue. I think if anything these people deserve a raise because I go there a lot and it’s always the same staff.
The staff here really is the worst. I’ve been here twice and the women working at the windows close the windows in your face so fast. I didn’t even have time to ask for sauce or make sure my order was correct, very uninviting staff, if I’ve ever encountered people who hate their job, these are them. And after reading the reviews I’m glad I’m not the only one who thought this place needed new staff?

The staff was rude and short and the place was filthy! Meanwhile all the female staff are laughing a cackling behind the counter. Thats a pickle on the window. Also after one staff briefly made an attempt to sweep...there were many spots missed chairs and tables were not wiped nor were doors....barely bare minimum done.....stick to drive through.... who knows what the kitchen looks like.
I understand people hate their jobs but this crew you have working here are the most mad,sad, uninviting, people I have seen. Their full of attitude. Smile a little bit. Every order I make comes out within seconds and that's not a good thing. They should be marked when it was cooked cause it's cold and god knows how long it's been sitting their before you order it
