Great sushi/sashimi/nigiri for the price, non-sushi food was also very good (definitely not an after-thought) - chawan mushi was delicious, and so were our appetizers. Would recommend it to anyone looking for Japanese food in the area.

We recently had dinner with friends at Kame and it was excellent. This small restaurant delivers big flavor. We enjoyed a variety of dishes from gyoza and shumai to kushi katsu and maki. Every dish was perfectly prepared and so fresh. Our mai tais were terrific, not too sweet. Service was quick, friendly and efficient. Prices are reasonable. The hardest part of our visit was finding parking. The dining area is not elaborate, but very clean. On a Friday night there was plenty of takeout being called in, but the service was unaffected. Everything we ordered came out fast and our server checked in on us just enough. We never felt rushed or like she was hovering. Great meal with friends. We would definitely return!

Large selection of fish, even rare and hard to handle fish, fatty tuna, sea bass, locally caught fish options and more! Sushi was great, best in the area for sure, places like Hale St can’t even compete with this quality, no offense to them.Thank you for such quality sushi! I haven’t had good sushi in years. The fish tasted perfect and was very fresh. The rice was the biggest noticeable factor to me, it was amazing! So many sushi places around here can’t do the rice properly. Service was great too, no wait, and quick food.

5 stars total, I would recommend this place3 stars - The waitresses are always so polite and helpful.1 star - The food is very good.If you like salmon get the red sox maki roll! Also their ramen is my go to on rainy days.1 star - Tables are always clean and the environment of the restaurant itself is what you would expect from a sushi restaurant.

Always delicious and fresh, and the service couldn't be friendlier. I love the sushi bento lunch and it's a great way to treat myself during the work week!

Stopped in for lunch after touring a nearby college. Kame is warm and clean and the staff is friendly and inviting. We had maki. Nice variety of available rolls. They were well made, fresh and tasty. Definitely try the Tako Yaki. First time for me and I will now get them everywhere I see them on a menu. So good.

The best sushi and seaweed salad!

I Kame and went…Haha just kiddingThe food is unbelievably good. The unbeliev-aroll is amazing, my buddy named the item and you need to try it!Pictured is the “ unbeliev-aroll”…

Have been going here for years! By far the best sushi in the north shore

They are my go-to place for takoyaki. Decent size and pricing. And my waitress didn’t (at least visibly ?) judge me too much for ordering three orders of it just for me. Like I said, definitely worth a visit here.
