I've heard so many bad things about this manager.. from employees at every store here as well as customers.
I WAS JUST TOLD BY AN OLD, OVERWEIGHT, VERY ANGRY MAN WITH GRAY HAIR AT APPROX 5:30 AM AND HE WORKS FOR THIS FRANCHISESPECIFICALLY, THIS IS THE HONEYDEW DONUTS ON YANKEE DIVISION HIGHWAYRTE#128 NORTH, BETWEEN EXIT 46 AND 47 IN BEVERLY MA.WHEN I POLITELY ASKED HIM TO JUST SIMPLY PULL UP TO MY CAR SO I COULD JUMP START MY BATTERY WHICH HAD DRAINED OVERNIGHT........!THUS, AFTER ABRUPTLY AND RUDELY BEING TOLD NO.....!HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THE REASON THAT HE WOULD NOT HELP ME SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE "I AGGRAVATE EVERYONE IN THE BEVERLY MA, STORE.PRIOR TO TODAY I HAVE ONLY BEEN IN THAT HONEYDEW DONUTS TWICE ...!SADLY, THE BATTERY TO MY VW JETTA SE NEEDED A JUMP START, AND, HE WAS JUST COMING INTO WORK AT APPROX 5:30 AM.THUS, WHEREAS I'VE BEEN LIVING IN MY CAR DUE TO AN EVICTION THIS PAST WEAK WITH A 48 HOUR NOTICE TO QUIT.AND SO HE WAS FAMILIAR TO ME AND I POLITELY ASKED HIM IF HE COULD KINDLY ASSIST ME.....?HE SAID NO......! THEN HE VOLUNTARILY AND IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS TOLD ME, AND I REPEAT "VERBATIM""YOU AGGRAVATE EVERYONE IN THIS STORE" .I'M A VERY OUTGOING FUN-LOVING GUY...!IN FACT, I MET THE MANAGER TWO DAYS AGO AND SHE WAS SO EMPATHETIC AND KIND THAT SHE TREATED ME LIKE ROYALTY.BECAUSE SHE/THEY WERE EMPATHETIC TO MY SITUATION THAT THEY TREATED ME LIKE ROYALTY AND WE HAD A FEW LAUGHS.I HAD JUMPER CABLES AND HIS CAR WAS 3 FT AWAY FROM MINE AND IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN A TOTAL OF 3 MINUTES TO HELP ME AND IT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN AN INCONVENIENCE TO HIM.IF YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT, THEN IF YOU EAT HERE YOU WILL TURN INTO ONE "HATEFUL SOB" ."HONEY DEW DONUTS JUST BOUGHT PUBLICITY FOR LIFE AND MATERIAL TO WORK WITH FOR ETERNITY...!THEIR COFFEE IS TRULY TERRIBLE AND SO ARE THEIR DONUTS....!SO, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO DUNKIN' DONUTS OR STARBUCKS...!
No one is ever there always has the "be back in 5 minutes sign" this is the 3rd time after waiting 15 minutes for someone to come and do their job I just walked out smh.
We got some doughnuts we weren't a fan of because, and yes I'm aware this sounds funny. They were too sweet. I got the vanilla cream one because it looked cool, but I'm normally a sour cream or plain fry cake doughnut girl. We also got flavored ice tea and it wasn't preferable. But the nice lady that worked their she was the manager gave us new drinks no charge and even gave my husband his money back for his tea. She was really sweet. Customer service is amazing, just stick to what you know you like. We tried something new and weren't a fan so it's on us really. ?

I order from this honey few daily through door dash & grub hub. My order is always correct and everything is neatly wrapped up free of skills. Once my ice coffee was too dark and they corrected it in my next order. Other honey few donuts can not compare to this one.

Clerk with her mask hanging off one ear and not covering her face at all while stocking the donuts refusing service to others not completely covered. So for her safety please wear your mask inside but it's fine for them to handle and breath all over your stuff without following the same.... ill still go to honeydew just not this one
AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING SERVICE. despite everything that is going on with this awful pandemic, honeydew in Beverlys Faces remained brightened and cheerful. One of their servers went out of their way to give me extra donuts and even wrote a kind note. Completely made my day. these are the type of people we need in this world
