Since i moved to Beverly two years ago I have kept trying this DD but every single time, the coffee is burnt. Every single time - no matter what time of day. Maybe 20-30 times in last two years. One time they took my money for bacon and then explained they didn't have any so gave me something else, didn't offer my money back. I don't understand how this place has a line, I know everyone's coffee is burnt they just don't care I guess. Burnt coffee is better than no coffee? Last time it was so bad I couldn't even drink it, I actually went back after coming home and asked for my money back. I know it's just a few dollars but at this point, I've never gotten a decent cup of coffee (what I paid for) here and I think the manager should be ashamed that it's possible in 2 years they've never served a decent cup but are taking peoples' money. I mean, people are paying for trash here.

I went to Dunks today and I want to say how extremely friendly the man at the drive-thru was. He was so positive and outgoing and he totally made my day. I don't know what his name is but I hope if he reads this he knows he had a very positive impact on me as well as others. We need more people like him!

I got hot and a cold coffee and two donuts. Service was as expected. They were kind of busy cuz it was a weekend morning typical Dunkin' donuts experience.

Amazing, friendly staff, they do a fantastic job with food/drink quality and the service is always quick. But they are obviously understaffed and overworked which results in messed up orders and missing items. Especially for Uber delivery, it's really hit or miss whether your order will be right or missing items.Today I put through an Ubereats order and when it arrived it was missing a sandwich and a hash brown bag was half full. Uber only refunded me $5, which was not even the full price of the sandwich. Whatever, that's not on Dunkin's, that's on Ubereats. But I put through another order to receive the missing items and the second order arrived wrong too, with an egg wrap in place of hash browns. I paid tax, fees, and driver tip on both of these orders.I order from here consistently; drive thru, mobile orders, and delivery. It's always disappointing to pay so much for delivery and then have to do a whole second order to get the things they missed. I hope the store can work out its staffing issues. The employees are clearly working hard and doing their best but it seems like they are not set up for success.

I’m seeing more and more a trend of workers silently giving you your coffee and taking your money without so much as a please thank you. I think I am in favor of robots replacing people if this is the level of service that is happening these days! And yes that’s what happened to me today at this Dunkin’ Donuts when I went through the drive-through. And I asked the young man if he was going to say anything to me. He did not answer me at all.

Always burn the food never get the coffee right and they obviously hire to many junkies bathroom ya nope don't bother needles all in the trash most days and top that off with a whole staff crew that can't complete even simple orders without something being wrong everytime

Worst line of any Dunkin’ Donuts ever. Should not be allowed to operate until properly staffed. Awful for the brand. Terrible.

**Updated Review**Definitely has been a bit of change at this Dunks, new staff (which so far have been very Friendly & accomating IMO anyway)... although the store hours were a little wacky for awhile & the drive thru line was quite long because of the inside being shutdown for awhile due to limited staffing, they still made a good coffee every time I would go there. Happy that they are back to business as usual despite all the setbacks! Still remains one of my Favorite Dunks in the area, just wish they would keep the Butter Pecan swirl all year round lol ? ... So I will sometimes go to Salem to get my BP coffee fix but all around still a good Dunkins with a good staff!! ?Excellent service, staff is very friendly... whether I go thru the drive thru or inside they are always polite & accommodating. I have even gotten to know a few staff members personally just from going there everyday! They know my coffee (iced or hot) by heart & they even recognize my voice when going thru the drive thru. The actually store, including the restrooms have always been clean when I've been there. As far as the store atmosphere, they have nice little areas with comfortable seating & also regular table seating. They have a couple TVs always on for viewing...Overall my FAVORITE dunks to go to. I live in Salem with a Dunkin' Donuts 1 minute from me & sometimes I prefer to take the drive to this particular store in Beverly just because I know my coffee will come out great every time!!! ???

Despicable service. Franchise refuses to make improvements despite an increase in business volume. Nearly got into a car accident just trying to get in drive through line because the line is flowing DANGEROUSLY a dozen cars into street. Managers and owners should be ashamed of themselves. City of Beverly as well. Garbage.

Went back to get the right order but still got the wrong order… I asked for a small ice peppermint mocha regular and this is what I got..
